Quite good hotel for the price, it has a restaurant right next to it. The location allows you a quick access to downtown and schlossplatz by foot. Rooms were well equipped, except my shower head was a broken, but didn't cause me any major issues.

rooms are very small, toilet and bad are also very small. especially for big size people it is not suitable to stay. checkin time is limited, restaurant is under maintainance, thus no breakfast served. my hairdryer was not working, I learned this after shower ☹️. sound isolation is not good. price is so expensive, one should not pay more than 50 euro to this hotel. the only good thing is the lady at the reception, she kind and helpful to us. I won’t stay there anymore and nobody should stay there also.

We stayed for 2 days in this lovely little hotel. It's very conveniently located, close to the railway station and university hospital. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The wifi speed was superb! …

I usually come to Erlangen to visit family and stay in my usual favorite place. However, this time I had no luck and was lucky to find the last available room here in this hotel. …

There is no air conditioning in the sweltering heat of summer. I was put in a single room with space for 3 people including an extra bed while my two colleagues shared a tiny room that was called a double. …

Not what I was waiting for 317 euros for 2 night. Small room and the shower with a door broken and a leakage on the valve. Moreover, housekeeping not completly done the second days and no bottle of water the second day. Ask for the waiter and answers was: it was a present for welcome the first days, for the other days, go to buy one somewhere or in their restaurant. Breakfast very simple.. so nothing to tell: come to see that!!

I came to Erlanger for a training course at the local Omicron centre. The flight to Frankfurt arrived late, so I arrived late to the hotel so much so the all the doors were locked, however there was a note on the door with a telephone …

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Rooms were very small and not hugely well equipped, mini bar wasn't stocked, basic toiletries. For the high price (c. 250 euro a night) I would expect a lot more, but this pricecould have been inflated by a large event that was on whilst I was there.

Stay well clear of this hotel unless you want to be ripped off. They charged me €185 without breakfast for an attic room in the top of the building.||Could not stand up unless in middle of room, sides of room were 1 meter high. …

Stay there 3 nights on a buissnes trip. No personel in reception after 10 pm. ||Had to call a phone number to get a code to a key box to get the room key.||Very small room, just about half a meter space around the dubble beed. …
