I did not dine in that place.I stayed in one of their rooms and I cannot recommend for anyone except the desperate to stay there.It feels like being in a time warp from the early '70s The Room is cramped, Furniture is random, (you will bump into it during the night), the towels and bedding is frayed.There has not been any investment gone into the place since Herbert Kirchberger extended the main guest house.Now it is run by incompetent Greek owners, which have the pricing too high for what is offered.Only saving grace is the cleaning staff; they were very helpful, but limited in their resources.Btw, there is NO soap or shampoo in the showers.

My room here was very clean and had a spacious en suite bathroom. There were no other amenities in the room so English visitors should be advised that there are no tea and coffee facilities here as you would expect in the UK. …

I bought a bottle of red wine before check-in, in my room I noticed i need an opener, I went downstairs but couldn’t go to the bar section because my clothes were not suitable and there was to many customers at the bar/restaurant side, i was wearing a short and shirt, so i asked the staff in the kitchen if there was an opener, first she tried to open the bottle, then when she couldn't open it, she got angry and smashed the bottle and the opener very rudely on the table outside and smashed the door in my face shouting I must go to the bar for that, it was a young girl with black hair, that was so rude of her and very disrespectful, so because of this I won’t come here again, shame

There is no check-in desk, it is unclear that you have to call (speaks poor English or German).check in via a key safe. Also not clear where to hand in the key, no key box. We put the key back in the safe because we still knew the code. (Whether this is the intention?) Mega large hotel, and very clean, but there are certainly areas that could be improved. Such as the rooms, night lights broken, shower door broken, do not get warm, no clear description of how it works. Breakfast must be paid in cash, you must call to reserve. Time 8 hours, only after 5 about movement in the building, boiled eggs (not super fresh) were cracked open, sausages, fat and also cracked open.Salt, pepper on the table were full of moisture.The refrigerated display case for butter, yogurt, etc., was only turned on after 8:15 am. Fruit (didn't look fresh)Hotel is super large and spacious and the location is beautiful, in the middle of a residential area.
