Very strange hotel.Sauna card booked for 10 euros. You don't even get extra towels, you have to rent them for a deposit of 2 euros, even though you're a hotel guest.No breakfast, little service.

Nice rooms. The reception is on the third floor near the fitness center. Super friendly staff and a McDonald's and a KFC nearby, a 6-minute walk away. Enough and free parking. No breakfast option but plenty of places nearby.

Very nice, modern and clean rooms, the bathroom stands out with its walk-in shower.The bed was comfortable and more than enough for a couple to have a good night's sleep.We didn't hear any sound from the traffic on the adjacent street.The only thing I missed was a refrigerator in the room.The staff was very friendly and helpful.The location is convenient and within walking distance, perfect for having breakfast or running short errands.If I ever come back to the area I would check in there again.

When I arrived I was very surprised. I didn't expect the reception to be in a fitness center.I received a very friendly welcome. After I asked about a restaurant - I actually wanted to know where breakfast was served - the employee referred me to the “Kleine Pause”, to the Japanese and to the “Casa Pane”.I couldn't find the lounge where, according to the website, you can get a healthy breakfast.There was no information in the apartment apart from a few brochures. The kitchenette consisted of a microwave, a refrigerator, a hot water kettle and a sink.Except for two toothbrush glasses in the bathroom, there were no glasses at all. There was a tea towel but no rag and no washing up liquid. No coffee machine, no glass mug or similar.The furnishings as a whole were functional but lacked any ambience and were careless. The mattress was good.The desk was too small for me to work on and was very awkwardly placed.When the window was open it was very loud from the highway.The bathroom was large. The floor wasn't clean.The access was very poorly signposted and the large industrial gate that you had to drive through was usually closed.When I wanted to check out at 8:30 a.m. (Tuesday morning) there was no one there. An employee of the fitness center came, but she had nothing to do with the hotel business.Conclusion: If you don't value atmosphere, want to be completely anonymous and like to eat your meals away from home, you're in good hands here.

We reserved a room for 2 people last year. However, due to the fact that we fell ill with Corona 3 days before the start of the trip, we had to cancel this. When I booked, my credit card was deposited because it was not possible to cancel the booking. I still thought I could call and, given the circumstances, a free cancellation might be possible. However, this was denied, which I can still understand up to this point. However, I can't understand it if, 1 year later, you get mail from a debt collection company charging you a price of 140.00 euros for the room + collection costs. So I ask myself, why do I deposit my credit card? It was communicated in writing that the amount (cancellation fees 70.00 for not starting the trip) could be charged to this due to the circumstances that arose. However, that never happened, which is why I now had to worry about the hotel and the debt collection. Neither of them was willing to compromise here. A reminder/payment request was never sent to me.Finally, this is customer service on the part of the hotel, which is subpar in my opinion. Treating your customers like this is a disgrace. I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

Very modern furnishings.Maybe you can store the standard channels on the TV, RTL, sat1, pro7 etc.The bed is very comfortable.The bathroom is very modern and well lit.Kettle is also available.Very friendly staff.The reception is at the top of the fitness studio.Gladly again!

Basically I don't have a problem with it, but I find it a bit strange that people just use the same address when checking in.There was a lot of input for the new employee, but unfortunately not for me. I was pretty knocked out and didn't think to ask how the check out would work if no one was at the gym reception yet. Unfortunately we couldn't find a mailbox to post the card, so we left it in the room.I think it's nice that there were two bags of coffee in the room, but without cups it's difficult to drink something. Unfortunately there was only one glass in the bathroom, despite two people in the room.Otherwise, the bathroom is definitely worth highlighting; it was large, modern and clean. The room was also spacious and modernly furnished. In my opinion, just functional and not as comfortable as it appears in the pictures.All in all ok for one night.
