Great cost benefit in Erlangen. The only downside is that the owners don't speak English but they're super friendly and helpful regardless of that. The breakfast is great and the room spacious and comfortable.

Nice, clean rooms with a small fridge, coffee machine, kettle and accessories. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and a hairdryer can be borrowed. The bed was also very comfortable. Quiet location and staff very friendly. We will definitely come back 😊

A simple and very clean hotel. The hospitality leaves nothing to be desired: The saying here is completely true: “The customer is king!”. The breakfast is absolutely amazing: freshly chopped fruit for the muesli, a wonderful amount of cold cuts and a great selection of bread round off the offer. Highly recommended for business trips at any time!

I wanted to relax a bit in a quiet area but unfortunately that wasn't possible. First, a balcony directly in front of my window was treated with a high-pressure cleaner for over an hour, which made it impossible to have a conversation in the room. When asked to do it differently when, they just said that it was necessary and that they couldn't change anything. Towards the evening it got even louder as other guests on the roof terrace were shouting and laughing at a level that could easily be counted as noise nuisance. I then called reception and was told that it was completely normal before 10 and that I shouldn't be like that before they hung up. When I called again, they hung up immediately without listening to me. The worst service you can imagine, customer focus out of place. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who wants peace and quiet. Hands off!

Very unfriendly owner, often very loud other guests. We were here to enjoy the peace and quiet, unfortunately none. When you asked several times whether it could be at least a little quieter, the owner told you it was normal and you shouldn't behave like that. For the big finale, she gossips about guests while they can hear it! Never again!

Very clean and small hotel. Almost a bit inconspicuous from the outside, I almost didn't find it. Inside it is rustic but not old-fashioned. Rooms are clean and very well maintained. Breakfast isn't bad, I missed the scrambled eggs in the morning. WiFi is free and easy to receive in the rooms. During my stay it was rather unstable. All in all a very good hotel.

How can you beat each other up in front of guests and then have this poor performance at such a price? It's better to go to a BB hotel. More modern and cheaper than this barracks.
