This is not just a hotel but an experience. The customer service was spectacular! From check in to check out we were welcomed and catered to. Parking was on site and easily fit our 8 person SUV. The rooms were modern and clean the shower has a rain fall option that felt amazing after a long and hot day of exploring Nuremberg all day. The beds were soft and extremely comfortable. The mini fridge was stocked with some candy, wine and water. There was a small safe in the closet and enough hangers for our family of five to hang our clothes and shelves for the luggage. There is a garden with comfortable seating to enjoy the evening with a glass of wine or coffee in the morning. Breakfast was beautiful, and delicious. Eggs, meats, cheeses, fresh bread, cereal, fruits, juices and coffee were among some of the options. The table was set for all 7 of us with coffee already on the table being vegan and not giving them prior notice I was still able to get oat milk for my coffee, which is normally not available at other places we have stayed. The surrounding area has castles in walking distance, restaurants for dinner, Edeka and an Esso station. Perfect for morning refills of snacks and gas before heading out. 10/10 we recommend this hotel and hope to be back next time we visit Nuremberg.
