Excellent hotel! It's a totally new hotel, so everything is brand new and so comfortable! The bed is wonderful, I didn't want to get out of it in the morning. The room is very quiet. The location is great - 12 minutes walk to the train station and right next to the city center. The shower is excellent. The people in reception are very friendly and helpful. There's a 50% off happy hour at the hotel bar every day from 5 to 7 pm.The only small thing I would improve is the availability of people at the reception/at the bar. But overall this was a perfect hotel to stay at.

The hotel provided an outstanding experience, characterized by exceptional staff and breathtaking views from the accommodations. Its proximity to various attractions, including the train station and the historic Old Town, made it an ideal location. I found it difficult to imagine a more convenient setting. The culinary offerings were impressive, with a greater variety than I had encountered in previous hotels. The downstairs seating area exuded a pleasant ambiance, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the rooms was remarkable, ensuring a comfortable stay.

This is my third time here.We chose this place because it is close to the center of Nuremberg and the room is suitable for me and my family.I don't know what happened to this Hotel, but this time I had some problems:Day 1: We waited 2 hours and 30 minutes to check in: all the people who came after us checked in in 5 minutes (more or less 20 check-ins).Day 2: When we returned to the room, the room was not clean. They explained to me that we had explicitly asked them to clean the room. Very strange.Day 3: all OKDay 4: Check-outThe day after (Day 5) we got home, the Hotel called me to see if I was still there!!! It is incredible !!

This was our second time at Nürnberg City Opernhaus. The staff are lovely, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast buffet is a real highlight, our children especially love it! We were in a family room. It had enough room for all of us, though the beds were very close together. For us however, this was no problem. The location is superb, with the city wall and old town just across the road. We had a lovely time exploring Nürnberg by foot, without the children getting too exhausted. If you are incredibly lucky, there are also a few free parking spots outside the hotel. If not, and the small carpark at the hotel is full, there is a huge 24 hour carpark a few minutes walk away. This carpark is wonderfully cheap on the weekend and public holidays at only €6 for 24 hours! Overall, we love this hotel for the lovely staff, it's cleanliness, the breakfast buffet, the location and the unbeatable price, making family holidays more affordable!

It is cheap and in a good location, but the room especially what they call family room is very small. They also claim they are somehow child friendly, but they have zero facilities for children. Apparently it's all about some vague hint at a donation for children if you don't get room service. It's probably just so you don't have the idea that they're trying to cut costs. It's like Magnum reducing ice cream size telling you they're worried about our health. Anyways there was no room service. Maybe because it was Sunday, maybe who knows why.If you're looking for a budget option, go for it, but you should know that you're not getting much more than a bed and a shower here.

Extremely rude male staff at the front desk! As a family, we had driven all day and arrived around 6 PM.He barely looked nor greeted us before asking for the name of the booking. When my husband said his name the staff said ‘I don’t understand this, give me your ID’. I pointed out that there are nicer ways to try and get the name correct, and that I found it offensive how he spoke to my husband. He said he wasn’t good in German names and therefore asked for the ID. My husbands name is NOT German, so poor answer, not to say ridiculous answer. He then full on went for me and threatened not to check us in. This all in front of my two small kids who were terrified with his behaviour. He now only adressed my husband clearly giving me a cold shoulder, and as I do not take nonsense and he is an employee in this establishment I asked for the nearest pharmacy and he very spitefully said he didn’t know here it was, clearly showing he disliked me and was getting back at me for his bruised ego. The female staff though answered me politely.I later went out with my daughter and while he was checking in a bunch of people he still had time to stare directly at me. I would like the manager of Premier Inn Nurnberg to contact me, as I find the matter daunting. As for the room, it was nice and clean and ok for a family of four to spend a night before continuing travelling.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with exceptional value for money. The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable but also offered a delightful range of pillows and blankets, allowing for a personalized level of coziness that made me feel right at home. The highlight of the room was definitely the luxurious rainfall shower. Its gentle cascade of water provided an incredibly relaxing and comfortable bathing experience, a perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the impeccable service provided by the reception staff. From the moment I walked in, their warmth and professionalism were evident. They were not only attentive and accommodating but also pleasantly surprised me by offering assistance in Spanish, making communication a breeze. Their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable truly left a lasting impression.Combining all these elements - from the well-appointed rooms with their thoughtful amenities to the inviting rainfall shower and, most importantly, the exceptional reception staff - this hotel undeniably offers a top-notch experience that punches well above its weight in terms of affordability. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for an unforgettable stay that balances both quality and value.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with my family where we stayed two nights. This hotel was a pleasant surprise, offering a new and unique decor that I hadn't seen in the UK Premier Inns before. The simplicity of the hotel was perfectly complemented by a fantastic breakfast that left us satisfied and delighted. The efficient air conditioning was a true blessing during the hot days, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing stay. What truly stood out was the staff's warm and welcoming demeanour (especially at the reception), which added to the overall positive experience. The hotel's convenient location just outside the historic town center walls was a big plus. We enjoyed a pleasant walking distance to all the attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Premier Inn truly provided a memorable and enjoyable stay for my family and me, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
