we came here to look at the stars and enjoy the silence and nature. and this is the perfect place!very calm and relaxed atmosphere, the cleanest air.if we understood correctly, there is no shared kitchen here, then the man at the reception (the owner of the campsite?) politely offered us boiling water for tea.we will be happy to come here again next year!

We stayed at this lovely campsite for 2 nights after staying in Cologne. It was a welcome break from the city. A very pretty & peaceful location. Peter, the owner is a lovely guy and was extremely helpful. He is in the process of improving the site, which will only enhance what is already a great spot.

Stayed there on our motorcycle trip with a tent. Friendly personal and clean facilities. Bonus points for having great vegetarian and vegan options on the menu!

What a great place! Very welcoming, lovely view in every angle. Nice quiet and green. I stayed overnight on the way home, but I am definitely coming back! With my motorcycle. They have got al the things you need. I personally loved the 70-ties sanitary rooms. I would be sad If they got upgraded, but I understand time goes on ;-) . Go to this lovely campsite and see for yourself. And because I'm dutch, I have to say; not very expensive either!

Camping as it should be. Simple, connected to nature and reduced to the essentials. Two streams run through the area with old trees, which my dog used to bathe. Delicious rolls and baked goods available to order in advance. Very committed, nice operator. Everything is very straightforward. Even if the sanitary facilities do not boast any technical sophistication, they are clean and available in sufficient numbers. At night the campsite lights turn off and you can see the stars. Ideal for switching off. A small beer garden completes the harmonious atmosphere. I felt really relaxed and in good hands with my dog. You can also quickly leave the area so that the dog can do its business. I will definitely come back and then stay a little longer. By the way, several Bavarian health resorts are not far away. Definitely five stars for me!

Very nice, quiet and child-friendly campsite. The menu is clear, but the food and drink is very good. The owner still has a lot to do, but there is strength in calm. Absolutely fair treatment of customers and especially children. We felt very welcome there and want to come back in a few years. Ideal as a base for day trips or just to relax.

We stayed at the campsite for 3 nights while traveling through. We really liked the quiet location surrounded by greenery and the mountainous landscape. Hikers have many options here.We were kindly allowed to get on the pitch before 2 p.m. without having to pay an additional fee. There is a small beer garden on the campsite that is open from 5 p.m. Here you can enjoy food and drinks in a nice atmosphere.Bread service available :)Dogs are welcome on the site (there are no trash cans for waste bags). The sanitary facilities are very old and disappointed us. Cleaning was done once a day and this was definitely not enough. At lunchtime the toilet paper became scarce. The washing up situation was also poor, as only one of three sinks was functional.Overall, the stay was completely okay for the price.

A beautiful campsite very close to nature where you can enjoy absolute peace. The sanitary facilities are old but very clean. The beer garden invites you to linger, as does the campsite itself. I can only warmly recommend it to anyone who is close to nature and wants to escape from stressful everyday life.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The campsite is in a beautiful location and is beautifully green. It is an ideal base for excursions into nature, and the babbling brook along the site gives a wonderful camping feeling. The sites are spacious, but electricity is not easy to obtain everywhere. In many places you have to take into account a considerable distance from the power pole. The staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable. The sanitary facilities are outdated and could certainly use a makeover. It was often clean, but sometimes it left something to be desired. Some toilet seats were loose/crooked and toilet paper was not always available. There is a small playground for the children. It is sufficient, but the children did complain about the tall grass. The playground could be mowed more often. There is also a play cellar, ideal for when it rains. We had a simple, but delicious meal at the restaurant. All in all, it is a beautiful campsite, in a beautiful location, with friendly owners/employees. If the points for improvement were resolved, it would be 5 stars for us.
