Very good hostel.Lovely clean and big rooms.Host is very friendly.The hostel is on the top of an mountain so you have a lovely view.Small place for the kids to play on and lil bit further down you have some reindeers you can look at, and If you are lucky the come and eat from your hand.Def recommend this place

The Ingeborg country house is in a wonderfully quiet location in the middle of the Rhön. Our room was more of an apartment in size and had a very large balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. The entire accommodation is in a very tidy and well-maintained condition. Our room and bathroom were absolutely clean and well equipped. Particularly worthy of mention are the great breakfast (even gluten-free, no problem if you wish) and the friendly and familiar atmosphere. We felt very comfortable throughout and will definitely come back. Thanks!

The owners are very friendly and accommodating. You are already welcomed with a smile. The rooms are old, but very clean and everything you need is there. The location of the house is very quiet. In the evenings there is freshly tapped beer and other drinks from the landlady. The breakfast is very good. You get everything you want fresh from the kitchen from the landlord and everything your heart desires is offered. Above all, sausage made from fallow deer, which the host keeps himself and has a butcher produce. A short walk to the fallow deer enclosure is definitely worth it. There is a beautiful white deer to see. The innkeeper is happy when you visit his game and is happy to give you something to feed.We felt very comfortable and would highly recommend it!

I was thrilled. Great view of the Rhön. Clean rooms. Rich breakfast. The owners, the Kirsch couple, are very nice. Parking spaces are in front of the house. Behind the house there is a lawn and terrace with tables, benches and deck chairs.I can recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a holiday or a weekend in the Rhön, or is just passing through.

Our first visit to a beautifully situated country house. The hosts run it with a lot of passion. It is very clean and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. As a guest you feel very comfortable from the first minute. Thank you very much for the lovely time. We will be back definitely.

A very familiar place to feel good. Unfortunately we were only here for one night while passing through, but we could have endured it longer. The hosts are extremely friendly and attentive. The ice cream sundaes are very tasty, as is the coffee with them. Had a great view of the surrounding area from our room with balcony. Have booked breakfast as well. This was very very tasty! Everyone here puts their heart and soul into it. Top idea: The breakfast buffet was not self-service. You chose what you liked and then received the filled plate. A great idea during Corona times and also less food waste because you prefer to take less and get it again and the remaining food can probably be used again. We had a short but very relaxing time here and will definitely come back!
