Very nice, lovingly run hotel, completely renovated to the latest standards, directly below the Wasserkuppe, which of course invites you to go hiking. I had a very nice time there and can only recommend it to anyone who likes to enjoy the nature of the Rhön in a quiet atmosphere and location. The young kitchen and service team also leaves nothing to be desired with a very strong price-performance ratio. Simply inspiring, see you soon!!

The restaurant was very nice. The breakfast and the gourmet half board (dinner) were good. I would have liked freshly made fruit salad. The service was friendly. Unfortunately the bathroom was very small. Otherwise, the location was ideal for discovering the Wasserkuppe and its surroundings.

We spent a wonderful week in the picturesque Rhön exploring the landscape by motorbike. Our stay at the Genussgasthof Fuldaquelle was extremely pleasant. The Hotel Berghof Wasserkuppe, where we went to eat, offered excellent service and delicious food that we particularly enjoyed.The prices were very fair, which made our stay even more pleasant. We can recommend both the Genussgasthof Fuldaquelle and the Hotel Berghof Wasserkuppe with a clear conscience.

We stayed here at the hotel at the weekend.Everything was professional, friendly and in a nice atmosphere. Rooms clean and equipped with TV and mini fridge.The breakfast and the 3-course menu in the evening were both excellent.Even the football game was shown on the screen in the next room with a projector for those interested.Highly Recommended.

I've been here to the restaurant several times now. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The food is simply delicious and, in terms of portion size, it's also great value for money. I always enjoy going there. Unfortunately I can't comment on the hotel area because I live very close and don't have to spend the night there. :D

Only the restaurant is evaluated:+In a spontaneous attack with a group of more than 10 people, the staff proved to be flexible, spontaneous and very accommodating.+Special requests were fulfilled with a naturalness that one would find in vain in many restaurants.+ The service was excellent,+ Drinks came quickly and the food was a visual and culinary feast for the eyes and palate.+ Our requests were also regularly asked and orders were taken and served quickly.+Toilets absolutely clean, modern and with a feel-good atmosphere. A standard is maintained here that is not a given in some 4 star hotels. Absolutely great.+ If the weather cooperates, like it does here, you have a very nice view of the Rhön.+ The prices are also perfectly fine.Conclusion: a really recommendable inn

Nice hotel with free parking. Rooms bright and friendly furnished. Spacious “dressing room” and bathroom.The downside is the mattresses (there was already a decent hole in them, unfortunately even turning the mattress didn't help, the result was back pain) and the fact that the rooms couldn't be darkened properly (there were only light blackout curtains and that's how you get the room not nearly dark). Unfortunately, the light from the side entrance shined into the room all night long. Here it would be desirable if the light outside only came on when needed and not burned all night long.Additional storage space would be nice in the bathroom, especially in the shower.You can register quickly and easily using a QR code without any hassle.Nice, friendly staff.The food and the rich breakfast buffet are highly recommended!The hotel is in a good location to start hiking on your doorstep.In just a few minutes you can get to Gersfeld by car or, if you don't want to walk, to the Fuldaquelle or the Wasserkuppe.The hotel is located on the main road, but it is still quiet, at least our room was at the back.We can highly recommend the hotel and would spend our vacation here again.

Very surprised by this hotel, we arrived in a magnificent place, quiet even close to the road.We were well received, the staff was very welcoming and the room was clean and pretty.We also took advantage of the restaurant which served us superb, well-prepared and very tasty dishes.I would come back without hesitation if I am in the area.
