Automation of stay over is acceptable for price because of the location. You'll never see another human being. I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend it as a stay-cation for LONG(er)-TERM home base.

If you want nice rooms at affordable rates, then Limehouse is your best bet. We got a large room with a moderately equipped American-style mini Kitchen at an unbelievable rate. The only thing is the absence of air conditioners. They made provision for fans as alternatives

The first impression when you enter is not really good in comparison to other serviced apartments I’ve stayed in - the floor is dirty, the poster next to the elevator is creased, there are no decorations nor plants, it looks very basic. The room itself was very clean, everything was working, except the tv remote which was hard to operate with. Although there was no rug nor plants as well and it did not have a pouf to sit, in comparison to pictures. Please note there is no AC (there is a fan in the room) and in summer it is very hot during the day. Please also note there is no iron. The Lobby on the 5th floor is closed so there is no place to wait before/after check in. There is a laundry room, which worked for me very well. In general, it’s okay to stay there 7-10 days. The location is perfect.

The hotel itself is in a good location and everything is within easy walking distance. Check-in and room entry are clearly explained. The disadvantages are the lack of air conditioning in the room, so sleeping with the windows open is poor because of the very noisy street. Also, the refrigerator in the room often turned on and was very loud. The floor was not very clean. The bed was too short and the pillow too soft for me.

Clean, easy to find and get in. Didn't need to contact anyone meaning I don't actually know if the service is good. The location is great with the subway nearby. Also a bunch of amazing restaurants nearby. The only flaw was that there is no AC. I thought this would be fine but with 30C outside the room warms up eventually. I was able to find a big fan in a drawer though, so it was doable. It was very quiet both during the day and night. My room was facing the courtyard which probably helps with that. The welcome gift is also really nice. I was able to make good use of it all.Thank you.

Really nice place that was easy to find. Close to the U-bahn underground. Clean, with good facilities. There is little space to prep and cook so do limit your expectations: there are two rings and a microwave (which we couldn't get the grill to work on). Quiet and felt safe.No safe in the rooms, and no Aircon, which was a shame as it was 27c+ when we were there. There was a floor fan however.

Oasis of calm in a busy street. After dark the street felt less welcoming than in daylight

First impressions of the room were good, nice and spacious and all the amenities you could need. However the longer we stayed the more disappointed we became. We stayed for 3 nights from Weds to Saturday - you can hear everything going on in the surrounding streets. Friday night was the worst, screaming in the street, sirens, loud speakers which we presume was the police trying to contain the area. Hardly slept. The room was ridiculously hot when we arrived, there were 4 radiators in the main room, all of them were on full, plus the towel warmer in the bathroom. Turned them off completely for the whole stay and it was still very warm. (No air con) We opened the windows but with the noise outside they couldn't be open for too long. One evening when we nipped back to the room briefly, we encountered a man in just his (small) towel with a woman taking photos, stood in the lobby area outside the lift (very odd!!)Overall we were disappointed and wouldn't recommend the room/location to anyone.

I arrived a very long trip via plane and trains from the US to discover Cologne was in the midst of a heat wave and the hotel had no a/c. Bad start. The room has e a fan, which means they know it can get hot. …
