No front desk, hard to communicate with someone at the office. We booked third-party and didn’t receive both the building code and the check-in code. No option for luggage storage either.||Bathroom was a funny shape - there was barely any room to sit on the toilet. However, lots of storage/shelf space. Main pro was the price.

This isn’t the worst hotel I have stayed in, but it is the most overpriced and annoying hotel I have stayed in. It was 300 / EUR night which was likely due to its central location. However that isn’t a plus. Shady people gather outside and yell all night. There is no staff at the hotel so it doesn’t feel safe at all. My door looked like it at one point had been kicked in and there was feses on the wall of the room. The shower shifted between very hot and very cold. On arrival (due to no staff) there is also nowhere to store bags, which wasn’t clear when I ordered. Overall an incredibly bad experience for the price. I can’t recommend going here in general.

It was one of the worst hotel experiences in my life. Having no reception is already bad, on top of it they have outsourced the phone line to an agency who cannot reach the hotel staff when one needs help during check in or check out.Although it's at the perfect location in the centre, it gets fairly noisy at night. And without the windows open there is no way to sleep in the room during summer. There's no air conditioning or fan provided. There's no place to store one's bags or luggage, no common area in the hotel to even stand for 2 mins. You're either in the room, or stairs or out on the street. The cleaning staff came knocking at the door at 10:58am just in time to checkout.

We had a basic room with a double bed and an en suite walk in shower. The room was spotlessly clean and perfectly located. Access details should be provided by the hotel owners. Make sure you have this or you won't get in. …

No safe. No minibar. Minimalist room despite a hefty rate. Bad smell upon entry. Toilet very old and has to be totally changed.

Excellent stay and fabulous hotel. The first time we've had to check in with a machine but no problems. The room was lovely and a kitchenette a bonus. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. Would most definitely recommend and will be staying here again. Thankyou

Easy booking online - check in was a little long-winded as there's no actual staff just a machine to check in, it took a few goes to get it right. ||||Room was large, bed comfy and we even had a balcony on an unexpected upgrade. …

We’re still waiting outside sitting in a second place to shelter in from the cold. They have NO lobby, NO place to store luggage while allegedly getting the room ready. …
