A very memorable experience while staying here. This hotel is quite famous for its Korean feel, so those of you who love Korea will definitely like this hotel. The round house like the teletabis house is one of the lodging places, the location is very large and there are several points in different locations close by.Heard from the staff that the owner is a native Korean.When I came here, construction was in progress and the workers were brought directly from Korea.In the past, Lee Soo Man, the founder of SM Entertainment, visited here too.My advice to maximize your stay here is to try to enjoy the calm morning atmosphere with clean air. Suitable for holidays or business trips.

I stayed in a suite type room, the room was quite big, very suitable for staying for a few days, there was a work desk which was located quite far from the bed and was separated by a door. but for those who stay 1 night like me, it's very complicated because the telephone is far away, the location for making coffee is also far away. The coolest area is the very spacious bathroom, but unfortunately it is separated by a large door from the bed area, so it's complicated to get in and out of the bathroom area. For breakfast there are too few menu choices with an additional price of 150 thousand/person (excluding the package), I think it is very expensive, the taste is just ordinary. There are lots of activities that can be done, especially for children, but they are quite expensive. So in essence, a holiday requires a lot of money

I stayed for 3 days 2 nights, the service was very satisfying. The villa is very clean and comfortable, the staff serves very well, is friendly and responds quickly. In essence, it's best to stay here with your family, because there are also lots of activities for children. Thank you K gallery hotel 😊

Very disappointed with their service and communication skills. Booked 2 rooms from agoda 2 WEEKS PRIOR for 14th september 2024 (since they are easily sold out), but the hotel suddenly called agoda to cancel my reservation ON THE DAY THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO CHECK IN (14th September 2024) without informing me first. Luckily it was early in the morning since it would be about 2 hours drive (minus the traffic) for NOTHING. I called the hotel and asked why they canceled my reservation without informing me, and they said that one of the rooms has faulty lock and it would be a week to order a new lock from jakarta. I responded, saying that they didn't actually need to cancel my reservation one-sidedly, since there must be a way to resolve this issue. They said that there's a room available far from the main building, and this room is not listed in agoda since this particular room has been unoccupied for many years, a.k.a no renovation has been done to it, since they focus their sales on the new building. It can't be helped, so i discussed with my family and they agreed to stay in the main building, whereas me and my wife will stay in the old room. When I was about to call them again to tell them that I was okay with the old room, they told me that the 1 room that I have booked on agoda was already gone since agoda has canceled my reservation. If they are able to conduct business profesionally, they were supposed to hold that room until an agreement can be made for the other room. That much is a given. And they couldn't even do that. In the end, what supposed to be a fun staycation for me and my family was RUINED by their unprofessional misconduct. To K Gallery Hotel Manager, if you read this, please know that YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS FIRST PERSONALLY TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES/PROBLEMS, NOT JUST BLATANTLY CANCEL RESERVATIONS THAT HAS BEEN MADE WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.. Such a waste of time and effort. Definitely will not recommend this hotel to anyone. 1 star.

nice spacious hotel room, service is superb , breakfast has decent variety, view from hotel is very pretty. kid enjoyed the falabella and horse riding. there are other animals too, rabbit, guinea pig , peacock, etc.will definitely recommend to friend and family to stay over for a night is good.price of extra activities in picture.

Even though it was only one night, it was impressive. The room is clean, there is a balcony, the surrounding environment is shady and cool, you can see the green trees and the sound of birds. The room service is also good and friendly, the food is pretty good. I hope the hotel will be more successful and LBH will be good again.

Rooms are nice and big. Breakfast service is problematic. Because we had already stayed overnight last month and breakfast was a la carte, not a buffet, we waited quite a long time for breakfast to be ready because we had to order it first. We have to arrive at the office at 8 o'clock, while breakfast starts at 7 o'clock and you have to order first. When I was staying last night, when I checked in I asked the receptionist for breakfast ala carte or buffet, I was told buffet. I've confirmed it twice. But it turned out that the next day there was an error in the ala carte. I have to wait again for breakfast. Please management can pay attention to this problem

We wanted to recharge after Mont Bromo trip and we did. We took a suite with King Size bed, very clean and spacious, the bed was confy. The restaurant was good and the service too. We didn’t try the activities nevertheless the garden is very clean, peaceful and quiet. The pool is also well maintained. We recommend K hotel gallery for travellers that are willing to rest a bit during their trip.For comments that mention the nearby mosque, well it s not much different than any other’s accommodations in Java island 🤷🏻♂️

Clean and spacious rooms with a unique design, suitable for holidays with family. In my opinion, the food (breakfast) is a bit lacking. When I had breakfast around 7 o'clock, the food had not been refilled and the rice was cold. If you come at night, the parking lot is a bit dark and there are no officers guarding the parking lot. Overall it's okay, but considering the price of the room is quite a bit, the experience offered should also be better.

Spacious rooms, complete amenities, cold AC, smooth heater for hot water. The minimalist industrial style hotel interior is good for taking photos. Even though the menu is basic, the breakfast menu tastes delicious. I gave advice to the breakfast buffet staff to serve pasta using a warmer so that the taste is maintained. Many of the staff that I met were friendly and responsive to every guest's questions and needs. It's just that they still need to hone their communication skills with guests, because some employees are still very stiff.There is also a suggestion that there should be bundling of tickets, if you stay at the K-Hotel you can go to the K-Garden free.
