Haus Silko - FeWo in top Lage - 3 min zum Strand direkt am Kurpark

Unfortunately, this accommodation cannot be described as hospitality.The tone on arrival was rude.We were missing the first of two access codes - perhaps we had accidentally deleted the email. Instead of telling us the code, the landlord who lived in the house let us check our emails for 5 minutes in his presence to no avail. He finally gave us the information in a condescending manner.An unclean bed sheet was only changed reluctantly.Sorry - but the sound makes the music. We won't be coming back.

Very nice apartments in an absolute top location! I always feel very comfortable there, the apartments are cozy and airy. The apartments in the rear building with a view of the inner courtyard are particularly wonderfully quiet. The beds that are often criticized here are, in my opinion, excellent! I rarely sleep so well.Everything important is available in the apartments, so I haven't missed anything so far.Handing over the keys via the key box was absolutely uncomplicated.I always enjoy coming here!

We had apartment 1 on the ground floor.The one star is for the fact that we had a roof over our heads, it was warm and there was hot water. Shortly after we checked in, we turned on the kettle and the fuse blew. Luckily the fuse box was in the apartment so we were able to turn the fuse back on. We called the landlord directly and he told us that his father lived in the house and would fix it. When we were packing to leave - 3 days later - this gentleman knocked on our patio door, asked about the kettle and said we were lucky that it happened on the first day, otherwise we would have had to get a new one. ??? So we warmed up our coffee water in the pot. We can only confirm the creaking noises from the sofa, the beds and the toilet door. The space in the beds and in the bedroom is for narrow, wiry cyclists, everyone else has to sleep in the mummy position. In short, it wasn't worth the money. And the spa card that you can print out yourself is service as you know it from Berlin ..

Apartment is completely sufficient for two people. There is even access from the living room to the courtyard where you can sit down and chill. The only defects are: the bed, mattresses sagging for people with bone problems, no sleeping, the slatted frames creak and the couch to move out of is not a good idea, totally worn out and also creaks. Otherwise the location of the apartment is super centrally located in the city center on the church square in Warnemünde. Not far from the beach or train station and the harbor.

Very nice holiday apartments in Warnemünde at the spa park. We had the apartment with a balcony. Mr. Schröder was very helpful, both before booking and during our stay/vacation at Haus Silko. We would be happy to come back and will recommend the property to friends and acquaintances.

The location is great. Just a few minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. Communication in advance needs to be improved. E.g. the handling of the key handover. The toaster pictured, which wasn't there, and initially only an unfinished roll of toilet paper are questionable for the price. It's also a bit noisy. Since it was at ground level, anyone could have seen inside. So we always had the curtains closed. And it was pretty cold in July. Even if it wasn't that warm outside, it shouldn't be that cold. I thought it was good that a parking space was offered to you. I only found out about it briefly, but it wasn't that bad. You only have to pay it and the tourist tax in cash. Good thing my bank wasn't far.

This was our second time at Haus Silko. The location is great and the rooms meet our needs. They are nicely furnished and everything you need is there. Key handover is straightforward. An early arrival before the check-in time was also made possible without any problems. Thanks for that. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back.

The accommodation is perfectly located, you can get to the beach in less than five minutes.The equipment of the apartment is sufficient. The furniture is a bit outdated and the apartment is very noisy.The worst thing, however, is that you have no space when you sit on the toilet because the sink is far too close. This means you actually always have to lean on the sink when you go to the toilet.

I have been to the Silko house many times and always enjoy going there. The location is nice and reasonably quiet. I highly recommend it

The accommodation is a bit old. But it is very clean. Unfortunately the beds are not of good quality. Therefore only 3 stars.
