We stayed at Haus Nordstern for a week.The owner, Mr. Wagner, was very nice and always helpful when it came to information and tips for excursion destinations. The room was clean and equipped with everything you need. My son and I have nothing to complain about. The breakfast is simple but good, everything you need is there: rolls, bread, sausage, cheese, jam and various spreads. The price-performance ratio is very good for us. The location of Haus Nordstern is just around the corner and you are on the beautiful Baltic Sea beach at the Hotel Neptun. We will definitely come back to Haus Nordstern next year.

We have been guests at Haus Nordstern several times and have always found the rooms and bathrooms to be clean.The rooms are practically equipped with a bed, wardrobe and a small seating area with a table.In addition, each room has a refrigerator with cold drinks, which can be purchased at a reasonable price, and a coffee machine with a small set of dishes.The breakfast room is comfortably furnished and the breakfast selection is sufficient.After a friendly welcome from Mr. Wagner, we were able to easily park our car in the free parking lot at the house. That's a big plus.The proximity to the beach makes the location special. Just a 3-minute walk from the beach, you can quickly enjoy the sea.We are already looking forward to our next vacation at Haus Nordstern.Dietmar and Melanie G.

A week to relax booked online for the end of June. Deposit and immediate “cash payment” upon arrival are terms and conditions communicated by the operator. What was not communicated was that since April 2023 there has been construction work on the entire Schillerstrasse, especially when I was staying at Schillerstrasse 2, there was extreme construction noise immediately in front of the house and my window on Monday before I got up until the afternoon. I feel badly deceived by the operator and guesthouse owner. If I had known beforehand, I would never have booked a room in this guesthouse. When approached, the operator gives mushy answers. Mr. Wagner seemed very unfriendly to me, so there were problems with paying in cash, on the first day, he wanted to put my change of money in my room, I said no, then Mr. Wagner changed his tone towards me. A deposit for a pension room and if I pay in cash, as a guest I can still wait for over 30 euros "I'll put it in the room".My room was clean at first glance. On closer inspection, it is showing its age and looks shabby. The mattress was sagging and the bed box was dirty all over. Dishes and even the closet dirty. After reporting, some things were fixed in the bed box and the holes in the bed linen remained. There was no room service at all, towels were only changed when necessary? Shower bathroom clean except for the plugs which were dirty. However, here too, no cleaning in between.I skipped breakfast, only had lukewarm coffee from the thermos once.Conclusion: Price performance is not right here at all. No recovery for me because of the construction noise in front of the house and then to the physio because of back problems from the mattress.To date not even an apology from the operator. Of course reported to tourist information.This is my own experience and the truth.

Very good location. Cars can be parked on the property, saving you high parking fees. This homestay has cozy and clean rooms. We were warmly welcomed. We got good tips on excursion destinations from our landlord.

Were here at Easter 2016. There is a quiet and clean atmosphere in the house. We felt very comfortable. We would spend our vacation in this home again at any time. The price was very cheap.
