Visited the bike hire.Totally unfriendly and actually very rude.Admonished for not greeting, when he did not greet himself...He basically ignored us while wheeling in a bike and then complained about not greeting.

Really unfriendly. Even as a “local” the type of communication is difficult to endure. Instead of hello it says: "Wait outside, it's hard to cycle inside!"Luckily there is a second friendly bike rental company in town. The same thing happened to the customers behind us.

Highly recommended bike rental. Everything was uncomplicated. I was able to pick up the bike the evening before the actual rental day and bring it back in the morning the following day at no additional cost. The owner is incredibly nice and helped us a lot due to a small accident situation. When we're back, we'll definitely come back here to rent bikes.

We wanted to pick up our bikes on July 23rd, 2024. I reserved 2 men's and 1 women's bike on February 26, 2024. The reservation was confirmed promptly. So we entered the store in the morning. An older gentleman was present. Greetings of the day and I introduced myself with my name and told the gentleman that I wanted to pick up my reserved bikes.Answer: I don't have it, it doesn't exist. Only women's bikes. I asked him what the point of a confirmed reservation was.Answer: then go somewhere else. There is, if we don't, that's typical Ossi. I can judge that, I'm Ossi myself. Only the boss could have been rude and bold. No employee would behave like that. 2 bike rental options in Graal-Müritz, so hardly any competition. Service zero, the 1 star is already too much. I've been to various places on the Baltic Sea for almost 20 years, but I've never had to experience anything like this!

I've already experienced a lot, but the staff was just rude and rude. Cannot recommend this juice shop to anyone. I'd rather walk than rent a bike there.

We rented 2 bikes plus a child seat and trailer. The email communication was great. The price was very cheap, but the bikes and the seat were nothing special. Unfortunately we had a very unfriendly man when we picked up the bikes. We had to drive to the bike rental and wanted to take the bikes with us the next day. We were rudely told that the bikes had been put out and that we should now take them with us. Our first day was filled with a bad mood and unnecessary logistics. There is no pick-up and drop-off service to the accommodation. However, when we brought the bikes back, a very friendly man served us.

It's better to walk than rent a bike!!Spend a lot of money on junk on 2 wheels. Brakes, tires, lock and paint, everything on the verge of falling apart?!But the bike wasn't the worst, it was the seller!!The seller (probably the owner) was absolutely the last thing. We reserved two men's and one women's bikes months in advance. Let's come in there and ask to pick up our reservation. He answers that there are only women's bikes left. And instead of apologizing for the poor service, we are chased out and talked to stupidly!!? I think it's banging. When we accepted the bikes despite the poor service, he blamed us for his misconduct.Running a store with such an unfriendly undertone and attitude is probably the last thing you can do.So if he hates his customers so much, he should please retire.Worst experience ever!! Please spend your money somewhere else, or throw it out the window. Definitely better than spending a penny here!!Catastrophe!!

Beira rented bikes here for the second year in a row. The owner is very nice and helpful. The e-bike will definitely be rented here again the next time we travel.

Absolute impudence! We entered the store and wanted to pick up 2 men's and 1 women's bikes that had already been booked months in advance. The 2 men's bicycles were not available and when this was pointed out they were immediately reacted with extreme rudeness (although rudeness is still expressed gently). We were immediately told to get lost and go somewhere else and not the slightest effort was made to accommodate or compensate. However, we remained polite on our part, whereupon the shop owner continued to throw around provocations while we were getting the bikes and constantly asked us to get away. If I could give it a negative number of stars I would. I can assure you that in any other place with more competition this store would already be bankrupt, but since there is only little competition here it seems to be believed that you can afford anything.I'm shocked.

If a man wants to rent a women's bike because it's €2.50 cheaper, the answer is "you can hire me."Very unprofessional. No card payment possible.
