I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent price-performance ratio of this hotel. Everything is newly renovated and new, which makes your stay particularly pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even more pleasant. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is first class. I will definitely book here again when I am in the area. Absolute recommendation! Full points!

We were there 4 nights. The room was very large and everything was nicely furnished. We had a large balcony. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very simple, baked rolls and cold cuts from the discounter. There were no coffee cups, just paper cups. Breakfast was per person. charged at 13 euros. The room is apparently only cleaned upon request. Sometimes we didn't have hot water. We were very disappointed and simply had different expectations after the great room.

I had the pleasure of spending three nights at Hotel Sonnenhof and I can only say positive things! The hotel was very nice and above all clean, which is always an important aspect for me. The staff was consistently nice and accommodating, which made the stay even more pleasant.The buffet breakfast was simply delicious - a great selection with something to suit every taste.Everything you need is available in the room. There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom.I really enjoyed my time there and can only warmly recommend the Hotel Sonnenhof! We'll be back.

My sister and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I have nothing but positive things to say!The scent that enveloped the hotel from the first moment was particularly pleasant. It was welcoming and added to the positive atmosphere.The cleanliness was really impressive - everything was spotless and well maintained. The staff was outstanding; they were friendly, helpful and made me feel at home straight away.Breakfast was another highlight of my stay. There was a wide selection of fresh and delicious food, providing the perfect start to the day.Overall, I can highly recommend this hotel. Newly opened, but a lot of things aren't running smoothly yet. Nicely decorated. First we got a key and the room was used and not yet cleaned. Got a new room. Without bedside cabinets and lights. The cell phone had to be charged from a socket on the floor. TV without words (see photo) everything is very tight and well thought out. A table in front of the closet that we had to put on the balcony overnight. Breakfast for 10€ was very good value. But no buffet, everything is put on the table. Actually nice, but a total waste. 4× honey for 2 people? I don't hope the next person got our leftovers. Inexpensive hotel with a nice location, enough for one night.

I was at Hotel Sonnenhof for work.I have to say, very clean, newly renovated hotel. Price and performance very good, it is a spa town, I would recommend this hotel to spa guests. Staff very friendly, rooms very clean, bathroom newly renovated and modernized.You won't find a standard hotel in Germany for this price...

I was completely impressed by the Hotel Sonnenhof in Bad Waldsee. The location is picturesque, the hotel itself stylish and cozy. My room was clean, comfortable and furnished with great attention to detail. The breakfast was plentiful and of high quality, and all the staff were always friendly and helpful. Taking into account the recent opening, this house can only be given full points.The service staff strives to give every guest the best. There are language barriers which can be overcome with a little sensitivity. The rooms are flawless and there is enough parking space.The old town of Bad Waldsee can be easily reached on foot within 15 - 20 minutes.The breakfast served cannot be consumed in quantity. Here you should think about a buffet to avoid food waste. However, that is solely our opinion.Conclusion: A highly recommended house with an excellent price/performance ratio that we will take into account at our next appointment in Bad Waldsee.

Positive:Staff is mostly friendly. One employee speaks German, which is positive and very courteous and nice.Rooms are cleaned.Negative:Breakfast: no buffet. Baked rolls are offered. Hair was found in the food. Warm water for showering is only available sporadically.It is mostly lukewarm. Dirt came up from the shower drain. We then got a new room. After cleaning the room we forgot to close the door of the room. We arrived back after a day trip and saw that our room with our bags was accessible to everyone. A lot of things are not finished, such as the fitness room, spa, etc. At 8 a.m. there was already a lot of drilling going on. Nobody speaks German there except for one employee.You can only speak English to one person there. Overall the hotel is not worth the money. It should be clearly stated that the hotel is not completely finished before you pay the amount. Otherwise one could also speak of fraud here.Stayed on July 2024
