Wonderful stay with my family. Setting is beautiful. Very quiet & peaceful with amazing views. Lovely modern apartment with extremely nice host.

A fabulous place to stay. We particularly liked the sun terrace with the comfortable sun loungers. A wonderful place to relax. Great bathroom. There is a very beautiful view of the distance and the green landscape. Marius was a very friendly host who I would happily recommend. Completely satisfied.

The recently renovated apartment is stylishly and comfortably furnished. All the necessary things were there. The view is wonderful. The location is quiet. The landlord lives in the same building and is always available, competent and helpful. From the apartment you can reach Lake Constance in just over 20 minutes or Ravensburg in 5 minutes.

A really nice holiday apartment, with a dream view of the countryside. The sanitary facilities are hygienic and very clean like the rest of the apartment. The location of the apartment is only 12 minutes away from Lake Constance, and is therefore particularly good for excursions!! All in all: Highly recommended.

Very, very nice apartment in a very quiet but central location. You can clearly see that no expense was spared when it came to furnishing the apartment and that Mr. Stehle really put a lot of effort into it. TOP renovated and very detailed furnishings. We'll definitely be back!

Super nice apartment! The trade fair in Friedrichshafen is only a few minutes' drive away. The city of Ravensburg can also be reached in a few minutes. The apartment has a separate entrance via a beautiful garden. The very large terrace with a view of the mountains invites you to grill and sunbathe. The interior of the apartment has been newly renovated, which is particularly reflected in the spacious bathroom with whirlpool and rainforest shower. The host Mr. Stehle was very friendly and helpful. If we ever go on vacation to beautiful Lake Constance again, we will definitely choose this apartment!

The apartment is modernly furnished with great attention to detail. What should be highlighted is the beautiful passive lighting in some rooms, which not only makes evenings comfortable but also helps you relax in the bathtub. You can also relax on the terrace with a beautiful view and a pleasant Mediterranean flair, almost like in Italy, the Lake Constance region is a dream. Whether hiking, swimming, or just relaxing. From the good location, cities such as Ravensburg, Friedrichshafen or Meersburg are easily accessible by car and are ideal for shopping. The landlord is a likeable young man. We are already looking forward to seeing you again next year.Thank you again for the great vacation!

Very well maintained and clean apartment with a fantastic view.The large terrace invites you to grill.The sleeping arrangements were very clean and very comfortable.In short, highly recommended!!

Unfortunately, the initial enthusiasm for the landlord (quick and good contact) quickly turned into a lack of understanding! Due to the current corona-related restrictions, I wrote the landlord a message via WhatsApp to ask for a rebooking or free cancellation. He had nothing against a free cancellation and said that everything had to be done through Booking. No sooner said than done, the booking was written and they then tried to get in touch with the landlord. Well, so far there has been no response from the landlord, neither to us nor to Booking. He doesn't respond to messages via WhatsApp, SMS, email or calls! It doesn't seem serious, which is why I can advise everyone: "Keep your hands off!"
