It was a relaxing week in beautiful weather in a modern, clean apartment (No. 10) with a wonderful view of the fjord and lake.The great time was rounded off by the nice and courteous Mrs. Wiese on site.

The best thing first, the location and then that was it.My parents were told when they arrived that the apartment wasn't suitable for tourists, and that's how it was.No dishwasher, the shower needs to be updated and they lived above the entrance to the underground car park.TV is outdated, no HD channels, no streaming service, this should be standard for the prices.They also said you shouldn't book via booking portals, the website is outdated and none of the rooms could be viewed individually.My parents are not very experienced in booking online and they didn't notice that not all rooms have a balcony and there are clear differences in the furnishings.Apparently it was no longer possible to rebook.I haven't found any hint on any of the usual portals that it's better to book by phone.My parents were totally disappointed after 1 week and for a lot of money.

Absolutely great location, right on the beach promenade. Apartment No. 27, over 2 floors with partial sea views, 2 bedrooms, WiFi, parking space. Clean and functionally furnished. Unfortunately no dishwasher, there is no space for it in the kitchenette. See nice and helpful staff.

Super nice hotel apartment located right on the water. Large, very bright and clean apartments with lots of built-in wardrobes, a small kitchen and a small shower room

Update June 2022We are here again and we still like it just as much.Actually even better, because now there is also fast internet..Always happy to come here. Our apartment is now newly renovated, partially refurnished and has a large flat-screen TV on the wall.The view of the Kiel Fjord is fantastic.The icing on the cake would be WiFi, but you can do without it for a few days on vacation.

The view is very nice, the apartment is functionally modern, but borderline small for 2 people / 14 days. You live right in the middle, which has advantages and disadvantages. Great for a shorter vacation in the off-season. A bit noisy and cramped for 2 weeks in the high season.

Magnificent view of the fjord.However, we rent the apartment (No. 24) from a private landlord. The apartment on the top floor has a parking space in the underground car park, which can also be reached via an elevator.The apartment is highly recommended and even more so now that the smoking restaurant on the ground floor no longer exists!!!
