Avoid avoid avoid. Got the order wrong. Started pouring water all over the ground all around our table whole we were eating. Asked for the bill. Still hasn't arrived. We're the only people in here. Would give it zero stars if I could

The place is very well located next to the Brandenburger Tor, inside is a nice atmosphere and service is correct but improbable, a bit shocking the staff asking for a tip when bringing the bill - Good food quality, portions are standard, prices are a bit higher but overall is a good experience.

The food is good and served quickly, the price may be a little expensive for what it is. The young waiters are nice but the worst thing is one of the waiters, who will be the boss, we asked him for two dishes, after 30 seconds I told him that only 1 was better and he told me that he had already ordered it and it couldn't be taken away. You could tell that he was trying to take advantage of us being foreigners, in addition to asking everyone for a tip as he counted you. Then we read the reviews and saw that they were practically all bad. A shame because it is very well located, the food is not bad but the owner is unpresentable.

Simple tent, in a beautiful location with a view of the Brandenburg Gate in Potsdam. We sat here on the terrace and enjoyed our schnitzel and currywurst. Staff were friendly and helpful (unlike the other reviews I read here).

We fell inPension room €84.99Arrival times are from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the day of booking.But that's not true.We have arrived and that meansNoWe can't go into the roomWe can't move after the tripWe have to waitHow long ?The best thing we can do is get different again immediatelyFunny why are there arrival times?When asked it was saidWe can cancel and move on.Said repeatedly several times.Since we booked and paid with Buckin GmbH, that was it for usCancel without returning any money..Not recommended .Everyone I spoke to therewas cheeky and aggressive towards me.Absolutely not recommended.Absolutely rubbish.

Never again!Very aggressive sales, unfortunately language barrier or other problem with orders. Apple spritzer with still water came with medium water. Instead of a solution, another expert appeared to support me and explained that it would of course be still water, otherwise it would fizz more. Instead of a farmer's breakfast, something similar to an omelet was delivered. When asked, the explanation was that it was a typical farmer's breakfast, where we actually came from. The second question resulted in him being able to make his farmer's breakfast however he wanted. That may be true, but then perhaps also for your own target group.

Food is of reasonable quality, the young waiters are very nice.The older man at the counter was downright rude for asking for a tip immediately at checkout.There must be customer friendliness in return...........

We only went there for dinner in the evening because we happened to pass by and got a table outside. The food was delicious, which was a bit strange, we hardly had time to choose something because the nice gentleman from the service didn't leave our table and waited to take our orderWell, it was too much to bear, we just didn't know it yet

I don't know if it was a one-off mistake today or if it's a scam.I booked a room in this hostel about 4 weeks ago.Check-in would have been today, May 27th.About 2 hours ago I got the message that I couldn't check in due to an error.Caution.

Pretty old fashioned, cheap place to stay. It's better to turn off the heating at night, it makes a noise of 100db
