The hut is absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED!Below we will go into the very significant (health-threatening) defects point by point:Shortly before arrival an attempt was made to double the deposit to €400. In addition, they no longer wanted to give us the deposit in cash upon departure, but instead wanted to transfer it. When we arrived, we were also presented with a contract that prohibited us from evaluating the accommodation. In addition, the contract states “rented as is”, which is why the subsequent complaint to Booking was of little use.Therefore, we strongly recommend not signing this contract or only signing it partially.We were told the following fairy tale to put the bad reviews into perspective (there are only a few because many are afraid to write a review because they signed the questionable contract):A man from the local competition would come along and offer €50 for a bad review - that's just a lie and the bad reviews are absolutely justified.We also noticed the following negative points:* Partially significant mold growth on the walls => very strong acrid smell of chlorine*Intense smell of smoke on the upper floor* Dead and dried worms/insects under/behind the bed* moldy refrigerator* Smelly and dirty tea towels/towels/bed linen* Generally very unhygienic* Dishes had to be washed first because the overall impression was very unhygienic* heavily soiled bed* No broom-clean handover even though agreed* Many pieces of furniture were unusable (cupboards in the kitchen were broken, chairs with broken backrests, etc.) These were even labeled as broken - Why wasn't the furniture replaced?* Heavily dirty bathroom including shower cubicle* We rented the entire house (both apartments) => a strict spatial separation of the apartments is not possible when booking individually due to construction reasons. (Common entrance and hallway etc.)We also tried to come to an agreement with the landlady, but she appeared extremely unfriendly during the phone call and was not aware of any guilt. She only referred to the contract signed at the beginning.Now for the few positive points:* Quiet location of the property* Big house

We stayed with friends, the owner supposedly cleaned, but it seems that it was only limited to changing the bedclothes. The house is very old and definitely needs renovation before it can be called accommodation. In many rooms, sockets or switches are covered with handy tools and signs are added saying that they must not be switched on, otherwise the whole house will lose electricity. It seems very life threatening! Some of the lighting in the rooms did not work. The dishes are unwashed, the kitchens are very dirty. The microwave oven did not work. The toaster was full of dust, smoke rose from it when turned on. Part of the house has no heating. The house has a very strong smell of dampness, mold and smoking. We had to buy handy cleaning tools ourselves to make the time spent in our accommodation more bearable. There were no big towels at all, only small towels. There was no toilet paper, we had to buy it ourselves. Definitely not recommended!
