Lovely friendly service all around. We would definitely return just for the service. Clean accommodation, a good night sleep,lovely breakfast and out of nowhere the host lady has presented a birthday present for our little boy who celebrates his birthday today.Throughly enjoyed our stop and it was a real pleasure meeting Rocky as well.

Price it s resonable , brekfast poor but anyway for this kind of money, nice place to stay.Pity for arhitecture witch combine old with new style. Ruin everything.Sarm it s gone when you see new windows and doors...pity

Well located in a nice small town, there is an edeka walking distance and they have their own restaurant, our stay included breakfast and it was good also they are pet friendly that was a plus and they have rooms with terrace

Super service had traffic issues and arrived 6 hours late but the still gave us the room at 01:30 in the morning with a smile SUPER!!!!

Cozy and very clean hotel in a quiet location.The furnishings of the rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but everything you need is there.The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food here is excellent!All in all a great hotel in which you feel very comfortable.

The Gasthof Escherich is a cozy and clean hotel with a homely flair.What should be said about the rooms is that they are somewhat old-fashioned, but everything is in good condition and appears to be extremely well maintained.The staff who work there are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Even this is an understatement in my opinion.The dishes available there are also extremely delicate and the portion sizes are very satisfying. So in my opinion it would be worth coming to eat alone if you are in the surrounding area.The price-performance ratio is fair and very reasonable.

Super nice owner who is very accommodating and helpful. You feel at home, the food is great, Bavarian cuisine like from a picture book. The rooms are not new but clean and well equipped with flat screen TV and hairdryer, among other things.There is a sauna in the inn that works great, and there are plenty of parking spaces available.

We had an excellent meal here. The guest rooms are very attractively furnished, cozy and modern at the same time. What is particularly commendable is that the tables are not as close together as is often the case in other restaurants and this gives you more privacy. The service is quick and very friendly. All guests receive their dish at the same time. We found the prices to be quite moderate for what was on offer. Even the side salad (which is often carelessly neglected elsewhere and has to be paid for extra) is twice as big as usual, has a great dressing and... very important criterion in Bavaria... even the potato salad tastes great. It is extremely rare. The meat is juicy and well seasoned. There is a homemade dip and the side vegetables do not come from cans and bags, but are freshly prepared. It was the first time in many years that I saw one person who was there eat the entirety of her plate (yes, it was the mother-in-law :-)We would love to eat here again.

Anyone who comes by here shouldn't miss this highlight!Rustic, great service, great (!!) - fresh cuisine that leaves nothing to be desired.Here you are still a restaurateur at heart and you can see that in every corner :) ❤️
