I stayed for 2 nights. When I checked in, the receptionist wrote down I am able to get breakfast for one morning. I had to ask for new pillows because there were some mold. When I checked out, they said I have to pay for breakfast because I originally didn't pay? Why would you mark it on my key card holder saying I can when you're going to charge me in the end? Pretty shady. Then it took a while to charge me for breakfast and my uber that I reserved ended up canceling on me so from a 27 euros uber now I have to pay over 100 euros. If you want reliability, do NOT come here unless you're not going to the airport. They said they don't know if they can get me a refund for the breakfast since it was their mistake. :)

Located in a quiet side street, right next to a gate for entering Sanssouci Park, and right next to the main street that stretches from the mini version of the Brandenburget Tor, this hotel is a good place to explore Potsdam, and Berlin, for that matter. Easily accessible by car, with in-house parking, Mind you, the ramp to the underground garage can be a bit tricky, as it is quite narrow, and the parking spaces too are not easily manoeuvered into. Nice rooms, just make sure you book one with AC, otherwise it can be really hot in summer. Windows that really keep the street noise outside, really good. Ample breakfast with a wide selection of hot and cold, bread, pastry and fruit; the only thing missing were some fresh vegetables like cucumber, tomatoes or peppers. Excellent coffee machine. Five minutes from the nearest bus stop at Luisenplatz Süd that takes you to the train station in another 5 minutes, and from there you will reach Berlin city centre with a direct train in 30 minutes or so. For us it was perfect: Visit Berlin, but stay and relax in a quiet place.

Small boutique hotel, well-maintained, short walk to the city centre. The rooms with windows towards the street seem to lack a soundproofing a little bit. The others with garden views are good. The food served in the restaurant is good (goulash with potato gnocchi was top). The hotel staff is kind and helpful. There is also a garden with outdoor seating and chess game. The bar and the restaurant does not seem to be always open. During our stay ot was closed on Monday and Sunday. But there are plenty of dining options in the near neibourhood, so no big deal.

A good hotel located at the entrance of Park Sanssouci. The rooms are bright, spacious and nicely furnished. Great bed but we would have preferred a large blanket instead of two small ones. The bathroom is modern, shower and toilet separately. Wi-Fi is available free of charge but we didn’t use it. The content of the minibar has to be bought at the reception. The breakfast is extensive but we had it much better in memory, the boiled eggs are sometimes too hard sometimes too soft. Than we tried another day the fried eggs: tasted very bland, bathed in fat and were tepid therefore inedible for my taste, the alleged bacon was also bathed in fat unfortunately also lukewarm and certainly not freshly fried - has also tasted so. We would have expected more. There is a selection of milk but it is difficult to read. The cappuccino from the vending machine has a characteristically sour note is not our taste. The was a wide range of tea, we really enjoyed these. Our favorite tea are Fruity Cammomile and the green tea.The staff in the service and at the reception was friendly and helpful, however, the room cleaning has not replaced dirty towels, or cleaned the room from trash or dirty dishes. We had a BBQ dinner that was very delicious the side dish buffet was slightly smaller due to Corona - (waiter's statement).I found this large enough and deliciously fresh. Pleasantly surprised me:The iced Spreewald cucumber soup, very fresh and the Quinoa Oatmeal boulets, unfortunately I only took one.Price performance was very good here 👍Conclusion:The hotel crew is partly very committed and tries to live up to the name of the hotel. Unfortunately, the house also has unmotivated staff, is unfortunately not an isolated case. We were also somewhat disappointed by the quality of the room service. The restaurants in the nearby are priced very touristy by low quality. It is more worthwhile to go to the Dutch quarter or to Berlin.

This is a lovely hotel where the friendly service makes one feel at home. We only spent one night there, but the great location made it possible for us to visit a number of the local attractions. The Sanssouci Palace and the Dutch Quarter are must sees.

We asked if there was parking included, and the receptionist kindly told us that they had one, and that we just needed to take the parking ticket to the reception before leaving (his literal words). We had our car parked anyway in a free parking spot in front of the hotel. The day after we brought the ticket to the reception and the other guy there told us we had to pay (20 euros for just one Night, approximately 12 hours!). In addition, the cleaning ladies knocked the whole morning of the checkout to our door (insistently), the first time at 8 am (sunday), and we had to checkout anyway at 12!Avoid the hotel, subtle ways to make money.

No easily accessible parking, the hotel parking lot is always full. Staff are nice and rooms are quite modern but small. Outlets for devices are in the worst spots and the voltage is weak so expect a slow charge. Beds were mediocre but clean. Bathroom was nice too.

Hotel looks amazing, but we could not sleep becouse of some horrible noises coming from outside on regular basis. Don ´ t know if it was from some technical room near to our room, airconditioning or what, but level in the room was 55 decibels every lets say 1-2 minutes... :-( :-( I am completely exhausted and it ruinded every other possitive experience I had with this hotel.. 1st floor, room 143.
