A well-equipped, very cost-effective holiday apartment. With courteous service from the hosts. Everything you need for self-sufficiency is offered at a very good price.There is a living room with a large television, a fitted kitchen including a refrigerator, microwave, etc. There are two washing machines/dryers available for free use in the basement.The rooms have a smart TV, plenty of closets with enough storage space for 2 - 3 people, and a private bathroom.A bicycle can be borrowed free of charge.

My wife and I settled here for two weeks to spend our honeymoon in Erding/Munich, especially to take advantage of the time in the local thermal baths.Despite the unusual situation for the operator Ulrike in that a newlywed couple was a guest (Oberding is probably not the primary destination for people on their honeymoon😅), we were looked after very individually, caringly and with a high level of effort.There was always a nice contact available for all matters, who responded to our concernsBe it that Ulrike stayed awake until we arrived at 12:30 a.m. to greet us and show us the peculiarities of the rooms. That our room was decorated especially for our travel occasion, or that a load of laundry had to be washed for us almost every day because of all the visits to the thermal baths.It was the many little things that ultimately made our stay special.Because of this, I would like to say thank you again on behalf of my wife! We would love to come back and can highly recommend this guesthouse to everyone😊

The host Ulrike is simply great! Super friendly, hospitable and accommodating. The accommodation is very nicely furnished and offers everything you could need for a longer stay. You immediately feel welcome and comfortable. I was completely happy and will definitely come back!

Very nice apartment, cleanly furnished and above all very well maintained. Ulrike is also very nice and very friendly. The location is also very quiet. I felt very comfortable in the 5 weeks. Highly recommended accommodation for interns (good bus connection to the airport)

Hospitality is written in BIG letters here :)The owners are absolutely accommodating and very friendly. I felt warmly welcomed from the start and felt very comfortable the rest of the time.I also find the facilities very impressive, I really didn't miss anything. There was really everything you needed here, from a mixer to a coffee machine :)Also washing machine and dryer, even included in the price.In addition to my room, there was a cozy living room with a TV and a comfortable couch.The cleaning was also very clean, which I now miss in my own apartment, xdIt was really a great time here and I can only recommend this house 100%. Top!

The Anna-Sophia guesthouse was a really nice place to live for a short time, the owner was very friendly and accommodating, everything you need to go on holiday or live there for a while is there. I can only recommend this accommodation to everyone with a clear conscience.
