Don't ever order here, the address doesn't match Google Maps and what's worse is that you already ordered and paid when you arrived at the location, the receptionist said the place was full, there was no prior notification and asked to be revan.

The accommodation overall was extremely poor. The air conditioning worked very poorly, the ventilation in the bathroom sounds like you are in the middle of a construction site. The walls were dirty, there was hardly a place where there wasn't dirt or some other unknown substance. The bed and the bed linen had various stains. Stamens and spider webs hung from the ceiling.We had 8 mosquitoes in the (what felt like) 3 square meter room.The staff was quite nice, but couldn't speak a word of English and only when asked were they given the WiFi password.Overall, definitely not recommended, would advise anyone not to stay!

Don't ever order this Oyo because the scam will be closed as soon as you arrive at the Oyo location. There aren't any... be careful of fraud

Please improve the water facilities, you can't take a shower for 2 days. I've told the staff but I don't think there's any other option, so stay for 2 days, take a shower at the gas station near the accommodation and also check the cleanliness again.

I've been boarding here for 2 months, the monthly rental price is expensive but the facilities are very bad. From the start the water was very dirty, like crust on the walls, sandy, cloudy and smelly. Then in the second month only the shower water flowed and it was limited, in the morning the flow was small, in the afternoon it was dead, in the afternoon and at night sometimes it flowed, sometimes not. During my stay I never got clean water. The air conditioner wasn't very cold, even though it was cleaned at the start of entering the boarding house. The guards in the first month still performed well, cleaned diligently. In the second month it was rarely cleaned, the 2nd floor was very dirty and never swept. If you park your car, it's better to just park it outside, instead of making a fuss😂. That's all my review, I hope the management can be improved.

The cleanliness is really poor, the 2nd floor is rarely cleaned. The bathroom is dirty, the water often goes out, the toilet often goes dead, even if you want to take a shower and do ablution, it's difficult. Ask for help to improve the service. The service is useless. There are lots of employees but no one has a sense of responsibility to work.

If you want to find this hotel, just search on MAPS with the name "SMA Panglima Sudirman Surabaya" then click on the 360° image. That's the exact position of the hotel so if you take a Gojek you can get the right address.I wanted to review a hotel on booking.com but the hotel was automatically canceled (but still paid). I don't understand what the purpose is, even though I just want to review the hotel.Basically it looks like a victim but turned into a hotel. In terms of room facilities, everything was good except for the AC which wasn't cold at all and the mattress was "a bit fragile".Apart from that, everything is very good, the location is also strategic. No need to bother looking for a gas station or Indomaret because it's very close. Finding an ATM is also easy because it is next to Indomaret.I stayed overnight for the CPNS exam at UNTAG, and thank God the location is very close (you can walk).If you want to find stall food, it's easy too, there's lots of it.Alhamdulillah, staying here made me feel at home, only minus the AC which wasn't cold even though Surabaya was very hot so if you weren't used to a hot environment the temperature would definitely not be comfortable.Hopefully the facilities will be improved soon.Overall, the price is really worth it.
