We had to stay one more night in Munich as our flight to Milan was canceled. In moments like that, you're not exactly in the mood to have fun, but the hotel's structure helped us relax. We had a few beers and a good dinner, went to bed earlier, and got the shuttle by 4:30 the next day. The hotel suited us perfectly to our intent, and we appreciated it.

Nice countryside hotel close to the airport.Clean rooms. It wasn't very cold or warm so I didn't need the AC.Good coffee in the room and a bottle of water as welcome was much appreciated. The shuttle from the airport was late and too crowded, but if you take the bus it's very easy.Shuttle to the airport is ok

Rooms were ok, carpets were dirty, black mold in corner of shower, but the beds were comfortable in room 150. The service was the worst of anywhere we stayed on our 3 week England/Germany vacation. We checked in on September 1st at 3:30pm and our room was not ready yet. The front desk clerk with long brown, curly hair was the rude as hell! No personality and she was very short with us. I asked for two extra pillows and she looked at me like I was stupid and then told me the hotel is full and we don’t have any extra pillows. I called BS! And the front desk clerk when we checked out on September 4 was not very accommodating either. Although, the staff in the dining area were great and their breakfast was good! We were accommodated by every Premier Inn England better than this hotel in Munich. Do yourself a favor and stay next-door at the Premier Inn. There is a very good restaurant around the corner from the hotel called Royal 1913 and a good Italian restaurant within walking distance.

The hotel is fine. It offers a prepaid shuttle service to the Munich Airport. However, when we left the hotel, we were approached by a gentleman who asked us if we were the two passengers from Atomis hotel who had booked the airport …

We stayed one night to be closer to the airport as we had an extremely early flight. We checked in late and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice. …

I came here because Lufthansa cancel our flight and we had to stay overnight, they have cozy rooms and very clean, everything is in good condition, the people working in the different areas are very friendly, the breakfast is one of the best I ever had, and the dinner was good too, offering even vegan options.I think It is 5 star hotel because all of these and also the main purpose of the hotel is to have people for one night so you can think they will not take care of the small details but they do.Edit: After writing this post and uploading It while waiting for the shuttle bus (which I booked for 8:00) till 8:15, I had to go and ask whats going on and they told me that If you are not outside, the bus will not stop, even though It was freezing outside, SHE WAS WATCHING ME IN THE LOBBY SINCE 7:50 AND SHE DIDNT BOTHER TO CALL ME AND TELL ME TO GO OUTSIDE UNTIL 8:15 WHEN I WENT TO ASK AND EVERYTHING WAS LOST, the woman in the reception (Long curly hair) was rude and was not explaining anything.I write this useful information for the people in my situation: the shuttle bus is a mini bus shared with other 2 hotels and It comes and goes every half an hour, YOU NEED A TICKET TO TAKE IT, It can take like 26 people, so if they say at the reception that there is no space at the time you want, it is not true, also the bus driver doesnt speak english, he only cares if you have the ticket, not the time.So for this thing with the people at the reception I give 3 stars, the guy at the night didn’t told me I need a ticket, or to wait outside, and also the woman, she didn’t care about anything or to explain how everything works.

Nice place. The staff was friendly. Rooms were really nice. The dinner food was ok but there is a nice restaurant right next door. Breakfasts were very nice. The bartender was very friendly and I was surprised to see her early the next morning working breakfast. She had worked her shift then covered another staff persons shift. Big smile and happy personality even though she had been there all night. I'll be going there every time I fly into Munich.

Services are considered as NON EXISTING in this property. Air-conditioned in the room is just a fan with the rumbling sound. The lady at the bar never smiled and was quite rude to every customer. The breakfast place, one staff member worked tirelessly carried and filled up many things by herself, but clearly, one official person couldn't run the entire breakfast buffer. The lady got one more person as a runner, but apologies to say he seems to have some autistic spectrum. It's good that the place wants to support some workers with special needs, but he or she needs to be accompanied by actual staff when on the working ground.Overall, this hotel made us feel like we want to skip the overnight in Munich for the return flight back for our 1 month to come.We don't mind if we book whatever hotel. The thing that we mind is because we chose to trust the brand "Accor" but unfortunately, this place disappointed us BIG WAY!!!!!By the way, we tried to ask to speak with the hotel front office manager, but the certain "manager" seemed to be on vacations since the front office staffs didn't want to call the person for us. Then, she said he or she might be in the meeting and definitely not available for us.Farewell, Munich, overnight for our connecting flight. The hotel destroyed our trust completely.

The front desk staff was rude and at one point began raising her voice at us for asking a question. The toilet in the room wasn't cleaned before we got our room and areas of the room had not been wiped down. The food in the restaraunt was underwhelming at best, chicken was dry to the point not being able to eat it, the goulash was reported as okay. The restaraunt staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was expensive, the buffet had items you would expect however items were left unfilled. The pancake machine was there but didn't work. There was no kettle or coffee in the room. We were told only the more expensive rooms get that. On our 6 week trip we have stayed in many hotels. This was the only one that didn't have a kettle. There are very few food options in town so you are left feeling stuck to accept less than mediocore food at the hotel.Overall, it was a hotel that has lots of potential but doesn't hit the mark. On our return trips we will stay elsewhere.

This is very mixed experience. The hotel has a great potential, but due to few mistakes having quite bad reputation. The hotel is nice, the decor is also great, so Bavarian. Matraces are very soft, but we like it. Rooms are perfectly soundproof and we slept like babies. There is even bath tub in the room and rooms as well as batrooms are perfectly clean....And breakfast is also great.BUTaircon / hetaing is not working well. We were there when started cold day and heating just didn't work.Check in staff is ok... but they have hard work to manage all the complaintsShuttle bus sometimes skipping terminals at the airport - we waited over 45 minutes as one shuttle just skipped stop at Terminal 2!And the worst is ... dinner for Lufthansa customers... they call it buffet, but it is a School canteen nightmare! When we saw it we decided to eat elsewhere. It looked terrible - I can imagine it can fill you, but if you expect at least a bit more you can't eat it. We than thought to have a regular meal in the hotel, but as we seen quality of what the kitchen can produce for the "buffet" we decided to go Italian restaurant down the stree which was BTW amazing. Why they don't rather have a proper restuarant and givine some discount for Luthansa customers? It would be win-win for all. An exisiting arrangement is just terrible. So if you just stay there and tempereture outside is OK, it is a perfect hotel... otherwise stay elsewhere...But with just a sligthly smarter management it could become a great hotel...
