Stayed at this hotel for new year. Hotel is just a little dated room wise but spotless. Breakfast was included and well set out with plenty of choice of food with 4 hot choices. Waiters going round topping up coffee. …

Stayed here for a few days while traveling through Germany. The staff was great and helpful. They gave us great tips on how to use the subway and recommendations for local places to go eat and see. …

This is a big ordinary hotel. My single room was small and a bit worn. It was clean and the bathroom was in good condition. The young man who checked me in was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was surprisingly good, my steak was very tasty. The breakfast was good with many choices.

There are rooms which are quite big and have hot tubs. The small rooms are really small and have a shower. This hotel in general spreads the Charme of 1996. It's very clean, yes, but the furniture is what you could consider "vintage" now. The breakfast area, which is the restaurant of the hotel for the rest of the day, is quite busy. Choice of breakfast items was not great but okay. The coffee that was on the table was barely drinkable on one occasion on another it was good.

Having stayed at the Kongresshotel many times before, I decided to book a room there for a one-week business trip. This time it all went awry, and I will NOT be coming again. …

As of 2020 is not allow to smoke in any place of the hotel, for me this is an advantage. My perception is that it is no longer smelling to cigarretes. The personal is so great, very pleasant and kind. Breakfast for me was Ok, on the average, and the single room on 5th floor enough. It has a very good wellness area with sauna included in the price

About the only thing we can say good about the hotel is it was easy to get to off the autobahn. We had paid for an upgraded room that was to have come with included bottle water and fruit - it came with neither. …

The hotel staff were excellent and really made up for some of the issues.||I could not believe having to eat in the bar and walk around with people smoking around me! Is this a third world country?? …

Very friendly staff, comfy renovated rooms, great restaurant and varied breakfast options. It is next to an U station, so well connected. There are parts (vip lounge, corridors) where you can tell by the smell that people used to smoke there, although it is not a big issue in my opinion. I would recommend it.

People here are nice. 1st room was small and had a night sleeper train bed with a pillow as thick as a towel. I got lucky and it had bed bugs so they bumped me up to a normal bed with real pillows. Not much to do or eat in the neighborhood. Subway is close by and it is a few stops to King Street. Also internet is slow and buggy.Bar and restaurant inside are dark and unappealing. Fitness center is a tanning bed, a bunch of water caves and a broken Nordic track.I got this on hotwire as a 4.5 star hotel. 3 stars is generous
