We chose the hotel because it was close to the airport. The rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable.The shuttle bus pulled up right at the front door which was great.I was pleased that they understood "gluten free" and even had options available at the breakfast buffet.The staff were friendly and helpful both at reception and in the restaurant.

Communication from the hotel was great. They communicated on what to expect from check-in to shuttle service. Had some difficulty checking in online, and they got back to us immediately.We were able to check in early. Staff friendly.Room clean, spacious, and quiet.Disappointed that there was a charge to use the airport shuttle (7 euros). Most hotels offer this service for free. It is only a 12 minute drive to the airport.Location is not ideal, as mentioned above it is a 12 minute drive (via shuttle bus) to the airport. As well, there were no train stations close by. We ended up having to take the shuttle back to the airport to catch the train to go into Munich Old Town.

The hotel is nice, well-maintained, and the staff goes above and beyond to care for their guests.A special mention to the bartender. The cocktails were simply but nice and crafted with great attention to detail. His expertise and passion for the craft are evident in every drink. he created a warm and inviting atmosphere at the bar.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service near the airport.

We were tired and cold when we arrived, the receptionist was very prompt and helpful with us. But when we went to the hotel's restaurant the Nikolai team really put the life back in us. Very charming person mister Nikolai and his team. I really recommend coming here . They will treat you like royalty. Very nice experience.

Needed a hotel for one night, arrived at 8pm; was tired from a long day of traveling. The price point of the hotel was great. The rooms, cleanliness, hospitality exceeded my expectations. Food in the restaurant was good and hit the stop. Has coffee in the room and also free coffee downstairs when I went searching at 4am. Thank you, great hospitality right near the airport!

On my quick trip I was lucky enough to find a wonderful overnight stay at the NH Hotel Munich Airport. Very competent and friendly staff, from the administration to the restaurant workers. The cleanliness and convenience of the room is what not only free travelers need, but also those like me - an excellent vacation on a business trip. Great layover hotel, to be honest I didn’t expect much and was so happy to see the rooms were excellent and the Buffett dinner was incredible. Nico and Luca at the restaurant specifically made our experience exceptional. Thank you guys for making our last night in Europe a wonderful stay. This cute airport hotel is a very good place for an one-night stay. It is nice and close to the Munich airport. Nice big comfy beds and very good value for money. Huge shoutout to South African born employee, Tyron Kerwin for his great service.
