It is not the apartment that is advertised. The apartment was very, very dirty, with a strong stench of tobacco, with cockroaches everywhere, broken shower, bedroom lights not working, bedroom wardrobe with broken drawer. Insulating tape to hold the broken plinths in the rooms. The dryer does not dry... On the web there is a terrace of a very large attic with a sofa, a staircase that corresponds to a duplex and has nothing to do with this apartment. I called and texted the owner to at least clean it and put lights in the rooms and she didn't come, didn't even answer my text.

We had a booking on 2-4 Dec. And i had the reservation 3 months ago. On 2 December 02 am, they sent me an email that our resservation is cancelled with no reason. We texted 3-4 times but never find a solution. We must find a new room in Stutgart witha very expensive cost. Also they refund me 14 dollars missing from my first charge. I asked that where is my 14 dollars and they never reply to me. Bad owner, i never suggest at all...

The flat is spacious. Nice ventilation. I stayed in 3 bedroom apartments was nice. All equipment and facility is available. Location is the best thing, it's in the top of a mall. And you can find a supermarket. There are Halal food near by.

Short version:We waited 2 hours to be let inLong version:The agreed arrival time for the apartment was 3:30 p.m. We ourselves were 15 minutes late (3:45 p.m.) due to a difficult parking situation. After we called, the woman on the phone told us that "he" would be there in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later we called her again. She said she would call him. Another 15 minutes later the door was opened via system and someone explained in broken English that they were on the 2nd floor. When we got to the second floor, we found a long hallway with many apartments, but no man. We walked down the hall reading doorbell signs trying to guess which apartment was ours, which I find very rude. Some apartment doors smelled strongly of shisha (our apartment didn't smell like it). He only opened the doorbell after the second time, apologized and said he needed another 5 minutes and that we should wait at the Milaneo. We waited extra longer at the Milaneo (20-30 minutes) because we knew he was lying and would take longer. After we returned to the apartment, he made us wait outside the door again to clean the bathroom. Then he let us in and cleaned the second bedroom. In the end we didn't get to the apartment until 5:45 p.m. (about 2 hours late). And it wasn't that clean either because he was in such a hurry. He also apologized several times and seemed really stressed, but then please hire more cleaners. You can't expect guests to wait that long. My parking ticket (€30 per day) was even refunded because we had to wait so long. In itself a nice, modern apartment, but I wouldn't recommend it.
