Hello i have been like a month that i lived on one of your apartment and it is horrible the wifi doesn't work since i get here one room have a cartoon door one has none and the tile are all bust up and one of mine roommate damage his foot finger he couldn't get his shoes on for like a week and the toilet cover is broken i have been trying to contact you every week but all the servis customers says is that i am coming today i am coming tomorrow

I've had very good experiences with bookings for my employees so far! Everyone was very friendly and always received feedback. My employees were very happy with the apartments. Our partners also book with you and are also extremely satisfied. I would recommend 😁

Never again. A few years ago their apartments were nice. Now it's a drama. We stayed in two apartments - it stank, there was mold in the bathroom, the internet didn't work even though it was included in the price, and there was supposed to be enough parking but it was difficult to find anything. My co-workers from there fled after one night because they didn't want to live in the smell, and the AB company offered us another apartment, but it was rated even worse on other websites that posted photos of bed bug bites in their reviews . Of course, even though my employees ran away and I was the one who had the problem, AB didn't give us a cent back of what we paid in advance (a few weeks) because "they offered us another apartment". I don't like going to court - especially abroad, so that's the end of the topic, but I warn others against it because they only care about advance payments and not about the customer.

A code for the room is sent contactlessly via WhatsApp message. But it worked well. So far it was clean and functional (beds, closet, table, television). Sanitary facilities are shared bathrooms. Parking only in public spaces. Kettle and refrigerator are also available. We slept well. Towels and bed linen were there. The location to the SI Center is great...it only took us 5 minutes by car.

Once and never again- Bedding smelled greasy- no light in the shower- only 1 towel for 5 days- no women's toilet available- dirty walls- no reception or similar.Price-performance ratio is absolutely not right. I felt extremely uncomfortable as a woman among all the construction workers and left on day 2 and paid for 5 days for free. There is also no contact person who can help you.

Apartment designed for 6 people, but only one cereal or soup bowl, only 3 glasses and 5 cups - how is that supposed to work? Mattresses were absolutely uncomfortable and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain. There were also missing fire alarms everywhere!And the worst thing was: there was still a cigarette butt under the living room table - I wonder if there was even any cleaning here for the €75 final cleaning?! And that for 200€ per night plus 75€ final cleaning!!!

Everything is super nice and above all a very relaxed atmosphere, the apartments are very, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The staff and operators were super friendly. Bread service at the door if you want. Further recommendation value 100% WE LOOK FORWARD TO THE NEXT TIME ♡

The room only had a single very bright lamp and there was a noisy refrigerator that appeared to have been repaired with duct tape. In the so-called bathroom there was a single shower with a broken shower head. IN the shower there was a large hole in the wall where cables could be seen. There were soaps and razors everywhere from other people who seemed to be peddling there. These were sometimes extremely loud late in the evening and very early in the morning and the lack of hearing in the entire facility doesn't make this any better. In the bathroom there wasn't even a hook or something similar to hang your towel and clothes on. So you inevitably had to put your things on the dirty and wet floor. In addition, if you wanted to go to the toilet, you had to walk across the floor in front of the shower, which was always wet when someone showered.Overall, the worst overnight experience I have ever had. We had actually booked 2 nights, but went home after the first because it was unbearable.
