We booked with our head office a 10 day business trip in a "double deluxe" room.And to be honest nothing was deluxe about the service or the room.The hotel needs urgent renovations, the door frame / lock cracked, the bathroom with mould stains and smelled like dirt.Very unpleasant. We paid 1137,15 for a double deluxe room and the breakfast was apparently not included even though bookings.com said "Deluxe double rooms are always included breakfast".The customer service absolutely terrible, I just got told "you need to call bookings, we don't deal with that".3 stars hotel, definitely not worth 3 stars.

Honestly I was wary reading the reviews on here but we had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent and the staff helpful.The rooms are standard size for a hotel room in Europe. They were clean and comfortable to stay in. Not sure why there were so many negative comments about it.

They give you only 1 card for room.. Parking of your car is not in the hotel but in another street (5mins by walk). They give you key from parking place which means you have to come back to hotel and return it.

I chose to stay here solely based on the google maps reviews... I had requested a room on a higher floor and my request was granted. It is very quiet outside at night, but the hotel walls are thin, so you can hear people late at night walking on the floor or talking loudly in a nearby room. Also there is a lift, but mind you it stops in between floors, so you still have to carry your luggage /walk up the stairs. I loved that rooms also came for solo but their bathrooms are very small, so it would not be comfortable for everyone. I am devastated I didn't meet the nice receptionist everyone mentioned, I was met by somebody who was either having a bad day or hated their job.If you travel solo, it is a good choice!

Need to give 1 star cause 0 is not an option!Pictures from booking.com did not reflect reality!How is it possible that a 3 star hotel can not have AC or a ventilation system in 2024 Germany?First night,second floor,- Bathroom was EXTREMELY small, pictures with this bathroom were not on Booking.com!- Smell of mold- Across the street in front of the hotel, was a construction site where at 7 in the morning will wake you up.Second night, the room was changed to the the upper floor where it seemed like another hotel!+ No smell of mold+ Bigger bathroom+ Small ventilator+ Opposite side from the construction works.

Not the best experience of my life, the room did not match the picture I was expecting. It was an old place that had been repainted and made more visually pleasing. Hearing is tremendous, the doors are old. I paid 56 € per night and I guess for this price it is not so bad and I can't complain.

When I stayed here the lights did not work. Also random people had the key to my room and just walked in. There was water already on the bathroom floor before I checked in. The tv did not work as well. All in all this was probably the worst experience i have ever had with a hotel.
