The price is tricky, the price applied does not match the price at the hotel, the price used at the hotel, on the application is cheaper but when checking in you are told to add more. There are ways like this. How can you find the money?

This hotel is managed unprofessionally. The reason I make this comment is because:1. The fee does not match the application, the receptionist asked for an additional fee of tens of thousands because "he said" the price did not match the application.2. No soap, or shampoo, or toothpaste, or toothbrush.3. Only 1 towel is given.4. There is no hot shower water, I don't know if the hot water is off or if there is no hot water available.5. No toilet tissue or facial tissue available.6. The AC is not cold enough and the AC is dripping water.7. Hotel staff are not friendly. (Example: when guests enter they are not greeted, they just look at them and that's it)8. Parking is narrow, if there are several guests bringing cars, I don't know where to park them.9. The hotel staff were unable to maintain peace, the staff were talking loudly and joking, laughing and shouting until they could be heard in the room.10. The inactive room telephone was unplugged or accidentally removed.That's all. Tired of typing. Sorry, because I commented according to the experience I had. Thank You.

The rooms and location are comfortable but the service is very poor, especially the ladies who usually check on customers checking out, their way of speaking is not friendly even though they are talking to customers. The way her mother reprimanded the customer was very inappropriate, while getting angry. Please improve your service to customers.

Try staying here, the prices are cheap, but you have to bring your own toiletries, there's no toothpaste, toothpaste, towels, and there's no mineral water available, so bring and buy your own.

The location is easy to find, the environment is comfortable, the staff are also friendly, there are no problems with the room being comfortable and quiet. TV AC works well. The bathroom is also clean. Great

In terms of cleanliness outside the room, it's okay.But in the room, it's musty (whether it's the smell from the mattress or something)Then on the wall, there was a board that was peeling but hadn't been repaired, so you were staring (dangerous though).The bathroom always smells of urine, the exhaust fan doesn't work, there is rubbish that has not been cleaned before the user's room, it is slippery and small.The room lights were dim and dim.” Don't really like the room lighting.The hot water is okay.TV too small. Lots of mosquitoes, the AC is not that cold.There is no tissue in the room.In the morning it's really noisy, so it disrupts your rest.Wifi is unstable, if in the room the cellphone signal immediately drops/disappears.As for the service, the staff, Mr. "morning shift, are very friendly and aware."Brother" at night is a bit dirty, hehehe.My suggestion is that the facilities and other things can be improved," especially in the rooms and bathrooms.

106, the room is quite spacious but unfortunately the bathroom floor is always wet because the area is not slanted enough, and the flush toilet cannot be used... apart from that it is quite good
