We stayed in the main house for one night with breakfast and I was very pleasantly surprised. Great room with bathroom, very clean, spacious, beautiful old rooms, newly renovated. The breakfast was rich, lovingly prepared and delicious. The owner and his son are very nice and helpful. We were allowed to store our kayak in the hallway and they even took care of it. We would come back!!!

You shouldn't look under the bed because a broom hasn't been able to get there for a long time. Bed sheets looked like they were from the previous one, there was still old paint on the bed sheets. Unfortunately, it wasn't until the next morning that we saw in the bathroom that there was a visible rim of urine on the toilet. Drinks were offered but not from the fridge 😐. Breakfast, well, ☕️ was bitter, sausage and cheese were already lying out a bit, jam was individually wrapped. Overall too expensive at €89 for one night with this offer. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the guesthouse

Nice landlord, simple room, simple breakfast to fill you up (we were given cheese). The room was very, very dusty, okay for one night.The bicycles could be parked in the closed courtyard and the batteries charged.And as already mentioned, very nice landlord!

With 4 men, 4 rooms, none of them had been cleaned for a long time. If you bring it up you're lying...The price is 25 euros on the internet, but the gentleman wants 44.50 euros without breakfast. You can't get better for something like this. I won't set foot in there again.

We came here by bike and stayed overnight in the main building (Goethestr.). The bikes are pushed through the entrance area into the yard, where they can be safely left overnight. Simple but clean rooms, simple breakfast but sufficient. Very friendly.

This accommodation is advertised with “The guesthouse with hotel character” on the advertising sign; However, we were wondering which century this hotel might have come from. Certainly not from the 21st.First of all positive: the rooms are quite large and clean; That's itWhen you arrived you were greeted by quite a bit of chaos in the entrance and hallway; Numerous junk items were displayed for sale in the shop window, and empty containers and plastic bags with deposit bottles were piled up in the hallway. Everything you touched stuck uncomfortably, whether it was the banister or the breakfast table. Was that a corona disinfection? We don't want to make any judgments about that. There was also a fridge with drinks for guests. However, it was only stocked with beer. We could stock up at the local supermarket, was the succinct answer to our question as to whether we could also get something non-alcoholic to drink. Yes, that's an answer you want to hear as a guest after a long bike ride!The furnishings in the rooms are simple and made from the cheapest Ikea furniture, some of which are already falling apart; the mattresses are thin and sagging. Back pain after one night. In the morning a meager breakfast of counted rolls and limp coffee. The pain threshold for price and performance was definitely exceeded, despite the cheap overnight price, which you had to pay in cash, because you couldn't pay by card and there was no WiFi.A little more attention to detail and tidying up would do this property some good. And a lighter coat of paint in the hallway. Stalin Gray a la school camp is not for everyone. Overall, it's pretty dark and old-fashioned and neither intentional nor accomplished. In any case, coziness and a feel-good character are different.

So people have already tried, so I don't want to comment in detail. Doors have to be locked even though you could reach through with the palm of your hand. One cough and the door would be open... you're hopelessly at the mercy of the conversations in the next room.... Breakfast between bikes for sale and a pull tray is quite ok... but the nice man is really trying. Hence one star...

Dingy, musty guesthouse. Washed satin bed linen. Saggy extra bed, dust and spider included. After we saw the room we wanted to cancel the reservation we had made, unfortunately in advance. No response from the landlord. Demand 100% cancellation fees. Absolutely not recommended. Price performance is not possible at all.
