We were there with our team for the 3rd time now. The owner has changed in between.The view is unique, very beautiful and very quiet.But... agreements that were verbal were not kept.The rooms are functional, small... but sufficient for one night.It is sometimes very dusty!And very insect polluted by the trees and lake.There's a lack of paint...and the screws have been sticking out of the wood for years!

We booked a room in the boathouse because we were at an event in the town hall. In a room with a lake view, the view is really unique, you have to give it to the accommodation - but the rest is ridiculous in relation to the price. We paid €65 for a room in Parchim, which was neither close to the center nor particularly comfortable or well-equipped. There wasn't even the option to have breakfast on site. No, you first had to walk half an hour into town. There was only one power socket in the room, the TV didn't work and the WiFi password was invalid, even though the website expressly states that there is free WiFi. In addition, the soap in the bathroom was completely empty and the shower also had no warm water.All in all, the price-performance ratio in this accommodation is no longer justified in 2019 with the standards that it has or does not have.

We were invited to a wedding there, nice location with a great section of the lake. The food was also great but unfortunately not chilled and at 36 degrees. The waitresses seemed overwhelmed most of the time.Accommodations are provided on the upper floor for overnight stays. These are of the same level as a youth-friendly one, if at all...definitely never worth €50.

Small clean room with bathroom. Tall people may have difficulty in the narrow bathroom. Towels and shower gel available. 2 single beds, mattresses are very soft, the processes make the room absolutely dark. Parking space, boat dock available, swimming is possible. Ideal for overnight stays after a celebration.

Here you can simply let your soul unwind. Pure nature😍 Very nice to relax if you take the large room with a lake view. Cleanliness is also very good. This is also our second year here to vacation. Ideal for stand up paddling.It's just a shame that the jetty is now closed and it's no longer easy to get into the water with the boards.😑 It's a shame.

- deceptive/misleading information, advertised on the internet as a guesthouse, a sign on the house as a hotel and on the access road a sign as a motel.- Breakfast only outside the house (approx. 2.6 km away),- no outside lighting worked, only after two reminders was at least 50% of the outside lighting repaired,- no room cleaning / change of towels / garbage disposal (on the penultimate day we asked whether a change/disposal was necessary)- Outdoor area partly very dirty from previous celebrations (balloon remains, confetti, candy wrappers, cigarette butts...)- Bathroom is only for “short” people (from 1.86m and normal build it gets complicated),- the alleged room's own balcony is a "round trip" for everyone to reach the rooms,- no staff on site, only after a call/complaint,- Supposedly usable sun terrace cannot be used after nightfall as there is no lighting,- the alleged sun terrace is open to the public,- no seat cushions or similar. for existing seating options,- Wooden planks in the outdoor area were inadequately screwed (some screws protruded by approx. 1cm),- Parasols on the "terrace" dirty inside,- Exterior walls/lamps dirty with spiders/cobwebs and other things,- no possibility of self-catering as the cafe next door is only open from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and shopping markets can only be reached by car,- party room below the rooms,- no refrigerator in the room despite facing south,- Beds were head-to-head even though booked as a married couple (was not visible in the booking),- 10€/d was subsequently charged for the pet,- very bad WiFi (only in room 5 optimal),- No privacy screen on the railing (everyone can see the rooms from the public area) or possibility for small pets to fall off- Despite the proximity to the lake, no mosquito nets on the windows..I better stop now! All in all, you can say that with a camping holiday you are cheaper and, above all, prepared for it.

Very good food and really nice, competent staff!!!!Suitable for every celebration!!!Rooms are also available, which I find sufficiently furnished and reasonably priced!!!Free WiFi is also available to every guest!Nice by the lake......All in all, it's worth getting advice about meeting or celebrating here!!!

I can only recommend the 2 rooms facing the lake, you don't have a balcony but the corridor in front of the rooms offers an excellent view of the lake and the boat dock also has something, the disadvantage of the rooms is a restored one where celebrations take place at the weekend, The other rooms can be used after the party, they don't really have a view of the lake and are also very small. You can usually only have breakfast in the main building and DSS is in the middle of the city about 2 km, but the breakfast buffet is ok

Room small. Bathroom even smaller. That's why I felt the stay was overpriced.
