A beautiful, large and very well-equipped house with a large plot of land and lots of peace and quiet. We had our family reunion here with 2 nights including breakfast and everyone was thrilled. The charm of an old rectory has been retained despite the pleasant redesign. The kitchen is well equipped and especially the large common room with long tables, chairs and a couch area is a great center for celebrating, chatting, etc. A clear recommendation from me!

Very nice house, idyllically located. Very suitable for family gatherings with children. The catering: Breakfast was a bit heavy on sausages, it was great that there was a lot of fruit! We had booked half board. Unfortunately, the warm meal in the evening can only be rated as “sufficient”. It tasted like bad home food. We later found out that there were better caterers, which of course would have been more expensive. Unfortunately there are no facilities to hang clothes in the rooms. In addition, the bunk beds in the 4-bed rooms squeak terribly. Unfortunately, parents can't have a relaxing weekend.

A very beautiful old house with a large garden, pleasant atmosphere in a quiet environment. It is particularly suitable for larger groups (up to 25 people) and family celebrations. There is also a very well-equipped kitchen in the house that is also suitable for this number of people. Each room has a private bathroom. There is a grill, fireplace and a long table in the large garden.Nearby Wismar, Rerik, Kühlungsborn - enough options for excursions and things to do.

All in all, it is a very nice house in which you can live with up to 25 people. We've had our family reunions there twice. The house is in a beautiful, idyllic location and the garden is also ideal for spending a longer period of time with children. There are primarily twin rooms with private bathrooms, which are beautifully and attractively furnished. The common area and also the kitchen are very suitable for large groups.Unfortunately there is also criticism. We were there for the second time last September for a weekend with a larger group. There was a blockage in the drain on the upper floor, which affected two rooms. The drain is solved by a pump that is supposed to transport the waste water down or outside. This was no longer working when we arrived on Friday because it was blocked by larger things that had been thrown in, things that don't belong in the toilet. The staff and a technician who was called in were very friendly and tried to solve the problem quickly, but this wasn't so easy. So we had something from it all weekend and the affected bathrooms could not be used for a while. This culminated in the water coming through the ceiling on Saturday evening, making the room below partially unusable. We subsequently negotiated with the operator about compensation or a price reduction. We were only offered a voucher that we could redeem on our next booking. I felt compelled to book this house again in order to redeem this compensation. This is not the right approach in my opinion. It should be mentioned here that we also spent a weekend in this house in September 2018 and had the same problem with the drainage, which was also not our fault. I have the impression that they haven't managed to solve the problem in two years. Then why should I book this house again? Who should I then allocate the affected rooms to? Therefore, the way of giving a discount is wrong. After 7 months there is still no solution about granting an estate. New attempts to contact us via the AB have so far remained unanswered.I would give 5 stars for the house and the surrounding area, and 0 stars for the handling of the damage. Who wants to risk such a nuisance during a family gathering or something similar?

This is a really nice, rustic, rustic, romantic holiday home with a pleasant old-fashioned flair. It invites you to linger! We felt very comfortable. Is really recommended! Everything is also clean and tidy. And the kitchen is great. We recommend. Especially now in the fall. A cheer also for the great bread service and the delicious bread rolls.

Quiet idyllic house. Own cooking possible. Meals also possible. However, the breakfast was not that appealing. Suitable for groups of 20 people.
