So it's a very nice facility. The people are all nice, the house was clean. The mattresses are very soft but everyone sleeps differently. I think something was missing for the children. The children's playgrounds are very old and I was really afraid of them going on them, the slide down on the beach was really bad. Otherwise the location is very nice.

Very clean, the apartment very spacious and comfortable. The holiday park is extremely well maintained, as are its animals. Super quiet location and the staff was absolutely friendly and accommodating

We really liked it, the best location, house number 1 with a view of the lake, simply wonderful for us as we like to go swimming and travel with SUP. Otherwise, the facility is very clean and pleasant to maintain. We would be happy to come back.

Beautiful holiday home (No. 15) for 2 people with panoramic views of Lake Plauer. However, for the price, the equipment in the holiday homes and on the beach could still be improved, so a point is deducted. If you want to look after yourself as a couple, you should bring some equipment with you. There are several 1 liter pots, 1 pan, and dishes/cutlery, as well as a 2-plate ceramic hob, dishwasher, normal coffee machine and toaster (coffee machine/toaster are a bit old). Little things like coffee spoons, saucers for pots and shower bath must be brought with you. You shouldn't hope for mini golf, the facility is very outdated and broken.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed! The price-performance ratio is not right. Two nights, for two adults and a child and a small dog, around 3 kg, around 400 thousand euros, we would have expected much more!We had a lot of cobwebs on the railing of our balcony and the room doors squeaked miserably. You couldn't go to the toilet at night without waking up your family, it was so loud!!!The service in the restaurant, despite the fairly high prices, is very below average. So one evening we had to wait about half an hour for our order to be taken, during a time window for eating that was only one hour.We were also mistaken twice for another guest who had a similar last name!!!The apparently completely overwhelmed superior made a flimsy apology... she didn't have to supervise and instruct the young service staff, but then she also needed to be spoken to personally behind the counter when we wanted to pay!!!As an apology, she offered our boy free ice cream, which we waited until the end but didn't get. Also the technical The overall condition of the exterior facilities, such as doors and gates, left something to be desired. For example, none of the doors and gates to the beach could be closed properly and the children's swing squeaked begging for mercy. We think it's generally okay to add a general fee for dogs. However, differences should at least be made when it comes to size and breed!!!We had our Bolonka Zwetna girl with us.She weighs around 3000 grams, doesn't lose any hair, is house trained and is also considered an anti-allergenic dog. There is no comparison to, for example, a Labrador. So charging the same surcharge for this as for the above-mentioned dog is probably also due to the lack of social skills!?Apart from that, we couldn't find a waste bag dispenser on the premises, apart from the lack of rubbish bins. No, under no circumstances will we visit this holiday park again.
