The hotel is very well located, close to shops and places of relaxation such as the park or the lake. Since the elevator was repaired, the comfort of use has certainly increased; the lack of blinds or curtains in the rooms makes it difficult to use on sunny days, especially if you need to get some sleep before the night shift. The kitchens don't offer much, small, outdated electric machines and old, molded cabinets, you have to clean everything yourself. Washing machines only in the laundry room on the ground floor, washing machine cost €2, cost of tumble dryer €1.50. They are often occupied, not fully functional and not cleaned. It would be much more convenient if each floor had its own washing machine and dryer, it would definitely improve the hotel's operation. The furnishing of the rooms is poor, wardrobes, metal beds, tiny refrigerators and a table and chairs, they are cleaned rather superficially, so it is worth taking care of the order yourself.

It shocks me that something like this exists in Germany. The health authorities should check this property. Bed bugs, insects, drunk people. 0 Hygiene! This is not a condition

January 22, 2023. The situation in the apartment building is catastrophic. The elevator hasn't worked for seven days, there has been no heating or hot water for three days and four nights. Hygiene is at a low level and there are no house rules. There is no time for peaceful sleep and rest. The price of 320 euros for bed, stove use and bathroom is too high because the human structure in the building is very poor. There is no culture, no order. Our recommendation for this facility really does not exist. Drunken outbursts, shouting, noise and physical attacks are common. A fundamental change in the management of this residential building is urgently needed.April 1, 2023. a letter to the administration to cancel the use of the space. . . . .Please note that we are canceling the use of room 532 on the 5th floorAfter several letters to you, due to the poor living conditions in your room, and you did not find time to respond, we are now informing you that we are canceling the use of your room. Your room is beyond bad and unsuitable for normal people. The elevator to the fifth floor hasn't worked here for a long time and there are no house rules and cleanliness. Your space is a source of illness and disorder. The premises are not cleaned, everything is disgusting and dirty. There is no peace and order for normal sleep and rest. The residents listen to loud music at night while they sleep. Everything is disgusting, and your prices as well as you, the people who run everything, are not normal. All of this is not worth your price because you are selling something that doesn't exist.We haven't been in your room since the beginning of this month. We will return the key to your office in this A1 facility in Unterschleißheim.greetingKovačić familyThe new higher price of 380 euros per person is total nonsense.We paid 760 euros for two people.It's not worth a single euro.

A fauna of Poles and Romanians who only drink and drink and drink again with the music at full blast, disrespectful and rude. I have seen a Sevillian against a Pole shouting from end to end of the smoking room. There are also Albanians, but those are more hard-working, they only dedicate themselves to being annoying, but little else.

Bathrooms are run down.Rooms are fine if you clean them enough... otherwise let's say it's "OK"... for a few days as a transition it's just fine. Friendly staff that's why 3 stars.

A few years ago I was housed in the A1 as an assembly worker. As I can see from the latest reviews nothing has changed. For me it was sheer horror. Even the exterminator had to come.
