Probably the best restaurant in Freising and around. Try to book a table, especially for Sunday lunch. Small but fresh menu. Never dissappointed.

Please call first before you come, since they don't have a reception. You can easily come anytime. The password for the internet is on the main entrance. A cozy aparthotel. …

Unfortunately the restaurant is closed on Mondays at 7 p.m. The key safe is easy to access, brightly lit and easy to use. The hallway/staircase urgently needs to be ventilated. The room is clean and pleasant, unfortunately no staff in the morning, no breakfast when I was there.

Yesterday evening we had dinner with 4 people at the Gasthaus Landbrecht. We are quite disappointed that this restaurant is so hyped and was also praised in the Freisinger Tagblatt. But right from the start: On my shandy, the foam collapsed in no time and it wasn't reduced to the calibration mark. The soup spoon was dirty. We had an ox consomee as a starter, then an asparagus cream soup, two asparagus with beef fillet and a sirloin of beef as a main course. The asparagus cream soup was very thin, with lots of chives and other greens. It hardly tasted like asparagus but rather like the green things in the soup. The asparagus CREAM soup wasn't creamy either. That was completely disappointing for asparagus fans, but I would give it a maximum of half a star. The asparagus with the fillet tasted good, even if €21 for three sticks of asparagus is a more than hefty (feels too expensive) price. There was another €15 for the fillet (130g).The loin was delicious and especially the port wine and onion jus tasted amazing. The loin was cooked medium to perfection. The plates were just lukewarm, so unfortunately the two asparagus dishes were also only lukewarm. We also had to remember the Hollandaise sauce we ordered (€5 per person). Unfortunately, not all of the main courses came to the table together. The menu was shockingly clear: starter, a menu and 4 beef dishes. The next table also got something with fish because they had asked. Unfortunately, the service staff did not proactively point out other dishes that might have been available beyond the menu if we had asked. Very unfortunate!!!In short: Unfortunately, many circumstances were not suitable for the restaurant's demands and the high price level demanded. There was a gap between expectations and reality here. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right, even if the beef and the asparagus dish were tasty (although the asparagus was not served warm enough). We tried the restaurant based on the recommendations, were somewhat disappointed and probably won't try it again. You end up paying too much for that if some things don't fit.

An absolute disaster. Many friends have already recommended this restaurant to me, but unfortunately I cannot confirm this. The ambience is rather poor. A winter garden is just a winter garden. The food was inconsequential and very little choice. But the service that evening was breathtakingly bad. The two girls have probably only been in this job for a few days, but then there has to be someone there to guide them. The cook/boss then helped, but he didn't get anything done either. No apology or regret or explanation as to why things are so chaotic. In any case, it was the last time we were there.
