our main problem with this accomodation was that they didn't do anything against other guests partying and smoking in the common rooms until 3 in the morning. our own requests to call it a night weren't really followed. apart from that i got bitten by something that probably was a bedbug. one of the showers is in such a tight spot that it's basically unusable for anyone above 1,50m. on top the entrance area looks like the garbage and storage area of a pizza place.on the plus side the design of the rooms is quite nice.i would have expected that for a hostel stay at 10 euros a night but not at >100 euros a night.

The stairs that lead up to the apartments are not only very long and difficult to climb but also lead past the dirty storage rooms of a restaurant. Once you get to the top, the rooms are stylish but unkempt. You see dust and bugs everywhere. Our room carpet was torn and the windows were very dirty.But the worst thing was the noise of the street, which didn't let us sleep. But the owner can't do anything about it. I wouldn't stay there again.

Super stylish and great location! The rooms are individually and really stylishly furnished. Even in the common areas you can find attention to detail, you immediately feel at home! The location is also fantastic, there are various restaurants on the same street and it is only a few minutes to the banks of the Main. The tram stop is right at the next intersection, so you can reach the main train station without changing. All in all we had a great stay and will come back next time!

Great location in the middle of the city! A few steps to the Main or the city center, opposite a parking garage and many restaurants in the area.Our room was lovingly and modernly furnished. There are a lot of stairs in the house, but that's what an old building brings with it.The communication with the landlord was very pleasant.Price/performance top! We'd love to come back! :-)

Great location and good price-performance ratio! Just a few minutes' walk to the Main and the sights in Würzburg. Everything is within walking distance.Restaurants in the immediate vicinity, whether burgers, Italian or Asian, all around the corner and super tasty.The apartment has a good layout. Even if you share it with other vacationers, it feels like you are alone because it is very winding.The furnishings are very tasteful and made with attention to detail. We'll definitely be back

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the waterfront and the city center. Würzburg’s party mile is also right around the corner. Nevertheless, we slept very peacefully. We were also helped immediately with private concerns. Again any time

The apartment is very nice and everything you need is there. The living room and kitchen are cozy, the WiFi is good. The location is excellent, right off Sanderstrasse, great for getting away. Good public transport connections.
