I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Toedjoeh Enam Homestay in Surabaya. The condition of the accommodation was terrible and dirty, far below what I expected. The room was poorly maintained, with dust and grime visible in many corners. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also very disappointing, with a slippery and dirty floor, as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly.The most disturbing part was the presence of insects in the room. I found cockroaches and other small bugs crawling around, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. As the night progressed, the presence of mosquitoes became unbearable. They were constantly buzzing around, and despite my efforts to swat them away, I ended up covered in itchy bites. It felt like the room hadn't been properly cleaned or maintained, as these pests were everywhere. The constant itching and discomfort made it impossible to relax or get a good night's sleep. This clearly shows a lack of hygiene standards at the homestay and a disregard for the comfort of their guests.Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Toedjoeh Enam Homestay to anyone. They need to seriously improve their cleanliness and maintenance before being considered a suitable place to stay.

I only stayed here for a day at first because I wanted to move places, but then it extended to 4 days, it was really super comfortable. The towels are clean and smell good, and there's also breakfast, really friendly service. If you go to Sby, you will definitely come here again. 5 stars

The service is top notch. Super friendly and helpful. The room is quite clean, the AC works well. It's just that maybe the lighting in the bathroom needs to be improved to make it brighter. There's only one socket, so it's quite difficult if you need to charge it at the same time. The location is also strategic, there are lots of places to eat and mini markets around it.
