I had a good experience that at this hotel it was clean and it was very near to the city with great transportation links the local area was quiet but there were places nearby where you can buy groceries and kebabs the staff were very friendly and helpful

We called ahead and asked if we could arrive at 12 o’clock which was approved .when we arrived at 12.15 we were greeted by the owner in her house cost and pjamma. She was surprised to see us so early ! She expected us at midnight . We recieved our room ( 2 beds ) which smelt moldy . We payed down to take a nap when the phone rang asking us where we were and when we would be arriving. The son then came to our room stating we needed to move room we moved to the third door bathroom extremely small and old dirty . The room smelt like mold and the pillow like old sweat . There are also no smoke detectors or escape routes marked . Old .To many cables and no very few plugs . Tried to shower in the morning no heat in the bathroom and no hot water I left the water running for awile but it only became barely warm. Breakfast for 6 euro was ok coffee, egg juice if you asked for it ham cheese salami . Baked buns that were under done . As were wanted to leave we were told everything was done and paid for but to our knowledge we needed to pay for the breakfast . The owner did not seem to know her business very well and we could have left without paying for breakfast which came to 12 euro . As honest as we are we convinced her that we owed that amount . Needless to say . I don’t think I would stay there again

I stayed here for 3 nights for a trade fair. The service man was very friendly. Unfortunately the room wasn't great. I had a bed that squeaked every time I moved and the mattress was completely sagging. It smelled like smoke even though there were non-smoking rooms. I couldn't close the window the first night because it was stuck, so I heard the planes all night and could hardly sleep. I was on the 2nd floor and the floor also squeaked with every movement. The door was very noisy, so I could hear another guest snoring during the night. When showering, only very hot and then very cold water came, with about 2 seconds of lukewarm in between. I had to constantly close and open the tap to get hot water for a short time. It's very cheap, but not recommended.

I've never seen anything like it in my entire life, it couldn't be worse. It was dirty everywhere and smelled very strange. The furniture looked as if it had just been picked up from the trash. Everything was greasy, especially the kitchen, the dishes and the microwave, the refrigerator smelled and was dirty and turned off. There was one in the cupboard old sweater cuddled together or whatever it was. I don't even want to start with the bathroom. We then decided not to sleep there. I won't pay for that either.

Serves its purpose! For the price 😀I can't complain about the cleanliness, it's more of a retro style.The service staff is extremely courteous and incredibly friendly. Thank you👍🍀

An absolute disgrace, the room was canceled by the host one day before the booking date. The reason was because there was an overbooking. But you notice that much earlier because I booked the room 4 months ago. You'd better find another accommodation

Well, of course I'm rating here in relation to the very reasonable price. Room average. I booked WITHOUT breakfast. Net 600m away. Fridge in the room. Kettle. Plates, cups, cutlery new every day. The courteous service man reliably provided me with the things I had booked. Italian (pizzeria) right next door. Chip shop and kiosk 100 m. What more could I want. It's 5km = 10 minutes to downtown Neuss. In the city center I would have easily paid 120 euros with breakfast. I said yes: price/performance.
