We have visited this hotel for one night. I am very surprised that good people still exist :)I had a feet injury and it was very painfull to use stairs, my husband and worker of this hotel brought me up with a normal chair to elevator. Thanks again a lot!!!Our room was clean, everything was working. I have no complaints.Staff is super friendly. Also the food of sushi restaurant is very very good!! Wontan soup highly recommended :)The only thing negative is - parking near hotel. We were lucky since the owner gave us his private parking lot,but normally there is no space. But probably, you cant expect to park in the middle if big city nowadays :)

The room was super clean, very well equiped with what I needed for a short visit. The couple working in the front desk is just super lovely. They were always smiling and ready to help.Breakfast was simple but delicious. I just feel sad I did not have time to try their sushi for dinner, but maybe next time. There are strasssenbahns just in front of the hotel and you are quickly in the city center.I really enjoyed my stay and felt safe!

Horror hotel. Dirty, no heat, TV not working, bed used and not cleaned, the lights were low in order not to see the dirtiness. Check24 did not want to refund the costs. The reception don’t wanted to resolve the problem. One one person works in the hotel. All in all worst hotel in Düsseldorf.

The hotel owner named Mr Chen. My friend visited me in the hotel and he charged me 30 euros and refused to refund. He said I bring extra guest. I contacted amex and they are doing a chargeback. What kind of business ethics is this!!! I hope your rating keeps dropping.

The hotel is well located, but the quality of services is quite bad. Showers and bed are quite old and not comfortable at all. I'll never come back to hotel again. I heard from some friends who paid a similar price in another hotel in the same time, that they even had breakfast!

A very nice two star lacking in the facilities that would get it a higher rating, situated in a nice area of town and on the tram line for easy access to the Altstad.  …

Gross. Really dirty. Mold, dust, rust, bugs, the bathroom is the worst, so dirty that you can smell it when you breathe, I don’t understand how this hotel is still open. I hope they will get inspected by the sanitary authorities. Do not come, waste your money somewhere else.

Picked this place solely due to it's proximity to a factory I had to visit for two days. It's no flash hotel by any means and nor did I expect it to be for the price, but it was clean, neat, tidy and run with German efficiency. …

I stayed here for one night. The room was very clean, with high power heater, comfortable beds.I had a dinner with friends at the restaurant at the hotel. The Chinese food were very delicious, not too salty and spicy, the price is reasonable and the service was very good.

I booked the Hotel Enger Hof on 24 December 2015 for my husband, who is attending a trade fair in October 2016. The hotel was booked via Expedia and we received a confirmation on the same day. He has been going for over 30 years for business so we know that it's important to book well ahead to get a good rate. On 21 July my husband received an email saying his booking had been cancelled due to renovations taking place at the hotel at the time of his stay. We checked this and found that bookings are available for the day before the fair and the day after and that the hotel is fully booked during the fair. My husband wrote back to the hotel and told them that the cancellation was unacceptable and enclosed photos showing their availability, requesting that they reconfirm his booking. On 23 July the hotel wrote back - no explanation, saying the booking had been cancelled. We are shocked at such unprofessional, greedy conduct. It gives a bad name to the German tourism industry and taints Dusseldorf.
