The TV can't turn on, you have to wait for it to be repaired, the towels are dirty but it doesn't matter. The most important thing to be warned about is that if you stay here, the accommodation is inside a housing complex, so if you want to enter/exit, access can only be done through the portal, the worst part is that every portal is locked and every time we want to open the lock, we have to pay 15 thousand/leave, so later enter another 15 thousand. There was a total of 30k back and forth and that wasn't explained at the start. When looking for a solution with the person looking after the inn, the answer was "yes, that's the rule here" and that was never in the inn's description from the start. It's really bad, so if you want to go anywhere you have to pay 15 thousand per portal opening!😅😅😅 WORST

Very disappointed with the service.1. Check in at 8pm for 2 rooms, only able to check in 1 room because the key to the other room was lost. Waited for more than half an hour with no action from the hotel, finally went down to the reception to ask for the key. It's been 45 minutes since arrival, the room key is still not there. Is this a joke or what?I was only given the key to room A4, one more room when there was no information or action. Disappointing.2. When I arrived, I was told that I had made a reservation through Reddoorz sales, I was charged 195,000 even though I ordered 185,000 from sales. I insisted on paying according to the reservation and showing proof of the reservation.3. When entering the room, the flush did not work and the jet spray leaked. Very bad. Where is the dirty toilet?Disappointed, never make a reservation here.

Got it for around 120...clean room, quite spacious, got 2 towels, warm water runs smoothly, soap refills toilet tissue, AC is cold normally but in the wrong position in my opinion so it doesn't feel like it, there is a shared kitchen on each floor.The location is in a complex so someone is guarding the complex gate.This is mixed with the boarding house, the service is just normal, when you check in you are told to go straight up to the 3rd floor, they say the key is already in your room, but it turns out you don't have to go back down to the 1st floor, hadehh, you have to pay an additional fee for parking, the parking lot is very large.

REALLY GET READY!, booking via Oyo when checking in you were told to pay according to the offline price rate, so when you checked in you were told the selected room was sold out, there were rooms with a rate above that, they said if you don't want to just refund, but after that there was confirmation from the boss saying there was a room which I ordered, but there was an additional fee because they said the price at Oyo didn't match the price at the accommodation, I got a price rate of 101k which was already the same discount, the price rate from the accommodation was 165k, in the end we were told to pay the difference in price, to which he said, "Sir, right? paid 101k, we received the same amount of money from Oyo (101k) so we were the ones who lost, because the price from us was 165k, sir", we have decided to refund but in the Oyo app there is no option for a refund, parking costs 5k, the room also smells musty , damp, there are cobwebs, dirt on the walls. BAD EXPERIENCE

The deluxe room is really suitable for a family, clean, cold AC, the bathroom is also nice to clean every day, there is a refrigerator, a small sofa, a table... the shared kitchen is also spacious, the car park is good, it is located in an alley near the UWK campus, if you go to SBY always order here.
