First about the apartment itself: Moderately clean. Only 2 chairs. One completely wobbly, one went like this. Only 2x bed linen. Towels: delicious ones made from slaughterhouse waste. Cutlery/dishes: Just enough for 3 people, so the incredibly loud dishwasher had to run constantly (only 1/4 full). Overall, the apartment was WAY too loud (windows not well soundproofed on the ground floor) and also too bright (no decent blinds). No shower curtain, burn marks in the bathtub. ZERO personal contact. The tenant is alone with problems (see below). I then repaired the chairs myself (unfortunately I forgot to loosen them again, since that's how it's supposed to be), and the third guest used his sleeping bag, which he knew he had with him, instead of bed linen. On Sunday evening we discovered that part of the key had broken off (which later turned out to be a material defect). The administration was very difficult to reach. Vacation in Croatia (okay, it has to happen sometimes). Contact with the caretaker was probably not possible. She gave us the number of the landlord/owner, which we should then contact ourselves. Also unsuccessful. After several phone calls to Ms. Baca (administration) and unsuccessful attempts to reach the owner, we informed the locksmith. He opened the door after confirming that the key must have had a material defect. We first had to cover the costs of €150 ourselves. Conclusion: The apartment is definitely suitable for smokers, hobbyists, deaf and blind people who don't want to know their landlord and are not afraid to kick in a door.

Nightmare. The apartment is dirty and needs renovation. The towels had stains, the kitchen was not clean and there were food leftovers in the freezer. Roller blind in the bedroom glued with office tape.I do not recommend.
