The company seems to have several apartments. We stayed at King's house, Jahnstr.For a small family reunion we needed a place for different family "constellations" plus a common area where we could spend time together, talk, eat...Our experience overall was good.* modern atmosphere * quiet back street in very central location * light * clean * spacious * large, comfy, movable beds that could be freely combined * comfy floor heating with nice wooden floors in the bedrooms * large floor to ceiling Windows * nice showers * 2,5 bathrooms for a 3 room/10 bed apartment * kitchen and common area * wifi plus repeater * large and small towel per person provided.*****************The rooms:Ground floor: entrance area, large enough to store prams etc, common room with 2 sofas, dining table to seat 6-8 and kitchen, 2 fridges (no freezer)1st floor: landing,Room 1 has three beds/clothes rack/small chest of drawers and ensuite bathroom.Room 2 has three beds, two wardrobes, ensuite bathroom that is also used by top floor room via a separate door in the landingTop floor has four beds, one wardrobe, 2 small LACK ikea tables, plenty of space but no door (!) and view of a roof terrace without access to it (handles at the door removed)*****************Why not 5 stars? Not happy about:Only one set of keys for a 10 bed apartment (maybe we should have asked for more?)Ground floor cold (heating broken, wasn't fixed upon request. Rest off the rooms cosy-warm). Some appliances broken. Chairs grubby and non-wipeable. Hoover but no cleaning kit provided - If several ppl stay there for a few days you need cleaning gear.No toiletries provided apart from washing up liquid (i assume precious guests bought that) - prepare to go out to get toilet paper, soap, sponge, cleaning gear. Which means that if you arrive too late on a Saturday you'll probably have to wait until Monday.Tv apparently for decoration only?No towels for the bathrooms provided, so three ppl had to "give up" one of their towels.**************Side note: upon arrival you have to pick up the keys and pay 10-15 min walk away. Credit card no problem, but it has to belong to the person presenting it/owner has to be present with a ID to prove identity. Company was reachable quickly, even at weekends, every time we phoned.

Nice location but do not be too inquisitive on details, you may have to ask for technician to restore warm water, and tv ( one tv set for décoration..no cable, no remote control).

Booked here with a group of friends for three days. But when we got there we discovered that it was very dirty, the kind of dirt that you can't just clean with a cloth (dirty stains in the mattresses, mold, a large blood stain in one of the pillows and more). We arranged another hotel the same evening. Fortunately we got our money back with the help of booking.com. The service of the people at the counter of these apartments was not really helpful. I could have done something fun the first evening in Düsseldorf instead of finding a hotel last minute and trying to get my money back. Very disappointing.

Other than the city center location, this apartment has NOTHING good to offer. We walked in and the first thing we found was a moldy shower curtain and a moldy drain. I don't think the bathroom has ever seen any cleaning products because there were still poop residues in the toilet. The mattresses all had brown stains on them and were covered with a very thin sheet that didn't even cover the entire mattress. There was a filthy mattress in the living room and there was dust and crumbs in the kitchen. Then we pulled off one cover of a pillow and there was a blood stain in it. Immediately booked another hotel. Don't start with this and book a nice hotel or apartment.

This is the dirtiest apartment I have ever booked, DO NOT go here!!! You can book a great hotel for the same money. The mattresses are super dirty, stains that look like blood, piss and god knows what. The mattresses are also not properly covered by the bedding. There was mold on the ceiling, on the shower curtain and in the pans. The kitchen was still full of crumbs and there was still a filter in the coffee maker. It seems like they don't even clean there. The staff doesn't seem interested. DO NOT GO HERE!

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars.None of the host pictures even come close to matching the real situation!!!The apartments are absolutely subterranean, dumpy is more accurate, dirty is a nice way of putting it. We weren't even informed in advance that the apartment was in a different location than the reception.Just a small selection of the shortcomings:Toilet bowl broke out. Water comes out. Mold in the shower.The apartment is dirty in all rooms. Wallpaper is peeling off. Probably water damage to the ceiling.Completely dirty bed set. Sockets and light switches broken. Chests of drawers available but no shelves, television with no socket nearby and no remote control…The landlords were informed of this and then superficially tried to repair the damage... however, they were no longer available to answer any further questions... we were pushed away by phone or were sent unfriendly text messages to which there was never an answer.

All mattresses were full of yellow and dark orange stains. The heater can only work at 30 degrees. Sofa and chairs all broken. Kitchen not complete. Mold in refrigerator. 10 beds but 7 chairs and a dining table that is far too small. Oven broken, couldn't even close. Pans and plates were not even washed. No toilet paper or any towels or kitchen wipes available. Look, I understand that if something is cheap you shouldn't expect much, but I think it should at least be clean, mold-free and complete.Never book this!!! Really too dirty for words.

The accommodation is a dump and the price is in no way justified. We paid 900 euros for two nights for 6 people and were only annoyed and disgusted. Short excerpt from the list of defects:Toilet broken out and leaking, mold in the bathroom, shower curtain hanging broken, dirty bed linen, smelly socks on the window sill, obviously not cleaned, location does not match the reception, service from owner unacceptable and unfriendly.The caretaker (or whoever) was allowed into the apartment without our knowledge in our absence in order to rectify the defects as an excuse. Result: new hanging for the shower curtain, socks gone, a piece of dust removed.The landlords are no longer available

The apartments are dirty, disgusting and an imposition! The fridge smells like fish, the mattresses are covered in blood (and feces?!), the sheets are dirty, the drawers are disgusting. The bathroom is moldy. The furniture is probably from bulky waste. The sofas are worn out and broken. We couldn't get into our apartment at 4 p.m. as planned because a painter was still painting there until the evening?! The staff is completely incompetent and unfriendly, nothing is done and they react with a lot of incomprehension and a disgusting attitude towards the guests. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES!
