Room was big and clean. Owner was a young fine gentleman who is helpful and friendly. Place is quiet and very convenient for those going to the convention centre. There is a park just opposite the apartment for those who wish to exercise too

+ + + The location is excellent if you visit the exhibition center without a car, only 50 meters to the east entry.The room is more or less clean, bed OK, TV large enough, old microwave and kitchen available, no dish washer.login is easy, 4 pin code and the key pops out, worked fine- - - I asked for a company name on the invoice, only got my first and family name but OK.Upon arrival I was tempted to give 5 stars, nice room, large windows, clean, but due to the price of almost 300 Euro per night (one person), so almost 900 for 3 nights I was ready for 4 stars.Then I opened the fridge and there were two open, half-eaten ice cream boxes with spoon in the freezer box, already smelling a bit, although frozen.The final decision for rating it down further was the bathroom. I accept renters/hotels get greedy during large exhibitions, I accept 300 Euro per night for one person, no breakfast, no room service. I do not accept people getting greedy and miserly at the same time.There is no shower, just a bathtub with a shower head, OK, but instead of glass or acrylic glass there is the cheapest shower curtain available. So after my 300 Euro night, I stand in a bathtub and some cheap plastic shower curtain is glued to my legs, that is disgusting. Guys, spend 10% of what I paid for, buy a Badewannenfaltwand and while you are at it, change the cheap one-hand water mixer and get a thermostat like we would have if we lived in the 21st century.So, old kitchen, if you are lucky you find food from former residents and a shower curtain that loves sticking to your leg, if you like this, this is your place

Me and my family have stayed here twice as temporary housing while moving in or out of dusseldorf. I would recommend it. The location is excellent, nord park across the street, convention center is walkable and near the 78/79 tram line. The facilities are nice and the staff (when you see them) are friendly. The laundry facilities aren't great- only 2 or 3 washers and dryers available for an entire complex, but are onsite which is awesome- and a 2 euro coin each isn't bad either. There is also parking in a tight garage, but we were able to fit a BMW 3 series in.

I didn’t actually stay there, but I had a very pleasent experience with them. I couldn’t get my visa on time to travel for a conference and I asked if I can at least get a partial refund and they were very understanding offering me a full refund even though I booked a non-refundable apartment. I’m pretty sure their apartments are nice and tidy, I was very excited to go there.

Great location. Nice apartment, quiet, has all necessary equipment. I was working in the Dusseldorf Messe for 6 days and it was very close(4 minutes walk) and comfortable. Also 5 minutes from train station to mid town action. Recommend

Very nice and clean apartments. Walking distance to the fair. Fully equipped with microwave, dishes, etc. Shower needs maintenance. Wifi doesn't always work.

Very nice and great apartment.We are more than thrilled. We had some teething problems at the beginning, but the Parkside Apartment House team came to our aid immediately after just a few calls. We were able to move into our apartment straight away thanks to a short wait. Helpful, friendly and also super nice. Just great.💕😊👍🏻

We had a change before we left and we responded and helped immediately 😊💕I'm excited! And then I'll make another addition! But so far the fair has been saved for us just by the pleasant location of the apartment 🙌💕
