I like staying here regularly, apart from the clean rooms and strategic location, the receptionist is friendly, but unfortunately here the night staff is not really recommended, it really disturbs the comfort of your sleep at night, sometimes I like to hear the night staff arguing with each other in loud voices and in languages I don't understand. understand, sometimes you can slam the door, you can't sleep comfortably, the suggestion for the 2 night officers is to roll, apart from being unfriendly, it really compromises the comfort of guests at night. For the rest it's good.

Very annoyed. I ordered from the apk and paid via TF too, but when I arrived at the hotel the gate was closed... I rang the bell several times, no one came and opened it or asked... I swear, this is really a scam with the rates from the T app* **A which is not bad in my opinion and from the really bad service from the hotel or even the APK...I'm sincere, that's the money, I hope it's a blessing so I don't cheat rich people like this haha.

really happy to be on holiday in Surabaya and get a really comfortable hotel, close to the mall, lots of food selling around the hotel, super friendly receptionist, clean bathroom and cleaned every day, smooth wifi, gallon water available, the food is really delicious,

Good staying experience, friendly and very helpful receptionist, strategic location close to the station, at night there are lots of people selling in front so you won't be confused about finding something to eat. Stayed here for 2 days and will come back here again. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the AC is cold, there is WiFi and the television has a smart TV, even though other budget hotels don't have smart TVs

I was blacklisted just because I gave a bad rating. If you don't want to be rated as bad, improve your service further. There's no hot water, the hotel room leaks when it rains. I have been using Reddors for almost 1.5 years. Just yesterday he was expelled because he gave bad stars on the application. Instead of apologizing and fixing it, the owner kicked him out. Very bad
