The suite looked nice and clean, it was very roomy, comfortable and modern looking. Bathroom was clean with a very spacious shower. Fridge wasn't clean (burst water bottle was left in there so nothing unhygienic) although we didn't need to use it.Service was lackluster. The receptionist didn't speak English but luckily my girlfriend knows German. If you want to check out you have to do it between 10 and 11am but the receptionist was late so we just threw the keys in the mailbox.

DO NOT STAY HERE!Me and 8 other friends booked 2 rooms including the grand suite for a long weekend, we stayed Saturday night and at midnight on Sunday a rude Serbian man let himself into the apartment without showing any ID and demanded we left emidiatly due to a noise complaint. At the time our friends who had booked a room upstairs were in our apartment having some drinks. We received a phone call 30 minutes earlier asking us politely to keep the noise down, so we turned off the music and settled down.The rude Serbian man had 0 manners and did not speak good English. We were thrown out on the streets at 1am and offered no other place to stay (bare in mind we had 5 girls under the age of 22) which then meant booking a hotel for the night which cost us all an extra 100 euros each (900 euros)Since returning home Helvetia suites have charged us 500 euros extra for damages. Nothing was damaged at all other than 1 smashed glass and now they are claiming they had to rip the carpets up due to the smell of smoke!? Not sure how this works as the entire apartment was hard wood flooring and no body smoked inside the apartment.Can’t help but feel like they have tried to scam us purely because they received a noise complaint.

Good location and. Very clean.. nice touches with the nespresso machine, water in the fridge. We got the Grand Suit and it's huge! Very welcoming and friendly service. Only con is no lift for other apartments.

We liked Helvetia Suits very much. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service always ready to help. We lived on highest floor, the view was nice. |The only problem is the distance from the down town. Not very close. But it's ok if you enjoy walking. |
