Vow amazing food, warm and friendly staff. Just simply the best. The chef and his team are something special. It was an excellent and mind blowing experience. May you continue on this upward curve of rasing the bar. Even getting a happy birthday plate for desserts fir myself and my niece made it more awesone

Relaxed and friendly atmosphere, the team on the front desk were all really helpful. |The hotel itself has a similar laid back trendy vibe with a great lobby and good bar service. …

The room is pretty terrible for the price point. I think I was generally lucky that it didn’t get very hot during my stay but I could already tell at 70 degrees that air doesn’t circulate very well in here. The supposed Queen bed is really two twins pushed together. The beds aren’t even hooked together to prevent them from pushing apart so there is no way to sleep in the middle of the bed, even discounting for the gap in the middle. The room itself is small and the bathroom is actually not very separate from the sleeping quarters. The hotel room is also poorly sound insulated so you can hear people closing doors in the hallway and you can also hear your neighbors moving around. If you want to take an afternoon nap, forget about it because the doors are closing nonstop from the maid service constantly going in and out.The room is poorly lit, so much so that it was difficult to see whether I properly shaved. The breakfast was fine but for 25 euros, it’s quite expensive. For that amount, I would expect a bigger selection.Lastly, the fitness center is unusable. I think the temperature in there is at least 80 degrees. I don’t know if the windows could even be opened. It’s also accessible only in the most convoluted way possible. Which I supposed doesn’t matter because it’s unusable.I get the sense that this hotel is entirely style without substance, like a lot of the cheap new builds sprouting up all over the world. I absolutely detest this kind of business because I find it dishonest and cringy. It’s almost as if the hotel thinks that its guests would be okay with its dissatisfying performance on core essentials as long as it has a quirky aesthetic. By the way, the anthropomorphic llamas are creepy.I would rather stay at the ibis at the main station for 50 euros less per night, or any of the inner city lodgings. Not a great experience.

I recently stayed at Me and All Hotel Oberkassel, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. I had specifically made a special request in my booking for my best friend's birthday, which was completely ignored. This was incredibly disappointing, especially since I had hoped for a memorable stay.Despite being a Globalist member, the check-in process was lackluster. They forgot the complimentary water, and we were given only one welcome drink for two people – quite surprising for a hotel that prides itself on luxury experiences. Our stay only went downhill from there. We ordered room service and were shocked to receive a pizza that was still frozen in the middle. The receptionist had to order us a replacement through Uber Eats, which speaks volumes about the quality control here. The staff's lack of English proficiency made it difficult to communicate, and to make matters worse, they were not customer-oriented at all. When we tried to address these issues, they seemed clueless on how to handle complaints and didn’t make any effort to rectify the situation. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for attentive service and a pleasant experience. It simply doesn’t live up to the standards one would expect.

I booked a room at this hotel for my parents using World of Hyatt points, following the correct procedures as I usually do (this is not my first time doing so). However, during check-in last night, the front desk employee not only spoke to me in a rude tone but also claimed that my parents would have to pay for the reservation, despite the points being deducted from my account. Fortunately, I was present to handle the situation, as my parents do not speak German or English. I could have overlooked the situation, but the way the staff spoke to me and handled the issue left me with a very bad impression.Upd: the hotel staff still tried to charge my parents during the check-out, even though I booked with a transfer of points awards. Again, I had to reach the hotel myself to solve this

Horrible!!Worse hotel ever, I got stolen. The cleaning staff knows when you are leaving they have it on a paper for each room with the datesThey steal the last days you are staying so you don’t have time to find out who is it or to call the police. There are no cameras in the hall so be really careful. They stole me a golden ring, my clothes (clean and used ones) my underwear (used ones!!!!) the cleaning staff is so unhinged for stealing and I told the receptionist and she said to me “I am very sorry but as we don’t know if this is true we can’t do nothing about it” unbelievable.I guess she knew about it and didn’t want to snitch on her friends because I don’t see other reason to that reply.

I had never stayed at a Me and All hotel in the past, but was really surprised at how great it was. From the decor, to the rooms, to the staff, everything exceeded my expectations. …

Poor experience - long check in process, restaurant didn’t take order until we went to ask, waitress couldn’t explain the German menu, wrong drink given (didn’t bother to ask again), no one checked on us during the meal. Asked for iron multiple times - told it wasn’t available, which isn’t ideal the night before a meeting.
