Highly not recommended.Dirty like it's never been cleaned.If you order a superior room, you will be given a standard room. If you want superior, you have to add another fee (the reason is that ordering offline and online is different). That's really strange.

This is a semi-scam hotel: ordered a superior room, was given a standard room. If you want to go to Superior (which is what we ordered) you have to add 50 thousand. the room and toilet look like they have never been cleaned + damp.

Rooms are damp, dirty, lots of mosquitoes. Dirty bed sheets don't seem to have been replaced. The AC is really hot because it's an old unit. He thought about whether he wanted to stay at this place.

For those traveling to Surabaya and the strategic location is near Transnicon Mall, this could be an alternative hotel/homestay to stay at, but it would be better to choose or look for other options first which are closest to this location.The first is for the good location. The room is quite spacious, just for the bathroom and TV, don't expect it to be good and match the promotional picture.Far from worthy.The bathroom was a bit dirty because it was moldy and unkempt, or rarely maintained and smelly.For showers or warm water, it's not badFor the shower, I cleaned it with a safety pin and then the shower water came out well.The chair would be better replaced with a new one 😂When I arrived, I was a little shocked by the model of the chair, whether it had been adjusted or on purpose, the leather covering the chair looked like it had been eaten by mice or insects.So be wise in choosing. If there are no other options, maybe this place could be considered as a temporary place to stay, considering the price is cheap and affordable.There are different prices, guys...

Not really!! So many people stay at regular or star-rated hotels in big cities, even though they don't charge extra because they're bringing babies even though they've already paid in full on the app!! If not, because it's already 12 o'clock, I don't want to stay here for transit!!Don't want to stay here... the room smells really bad, the toilet has lots of cockroaches, lots of mosquitoes, the AC isn't cold and stuffy! Checking in tonight was charged because I brought a baby!! The towels are really dirty! No soap or anything!!!

STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED, AND CHEATING! I HAVE GIVEN A REVIEW ON THE REDDOORZ APPLICATION, IT WAS REMOVED, CANCELED UNIDATEDLY WITH THE PROPERTY PARTY. BAD SERVICE, UNFRIENDLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN, THE SHEETS LIKE IT WASN'T WASHED, THERE STILL WAS SPERM FROM THE PREVIOUS GUEST. THE BATHROOM HAS NO LOCK, AND THE AC IS NOT COLD, EVEN WHEN YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT YOU SWEAT. ALREADY COMPLAINED TO THE STAFF BECAUSE THE AC WAS NOT COLD BUT IT WASN'T FURNISHED!!!

The price is affordable, the facilities are okay, only the TV doesn't fit. The AC is cold but a bit long. The guard was helpful even though checkout was early before dawn but still consistent. It's worth it for that price and the facilities 🤝

THE SERVICE WAS BAD, THE RECEPTIONIST WAS NOT FRIENDLY, NOT POOR, NEVER BOOKING AND PAYING WANT TO TAKE THE KEYS EVEN THOUGH THEY DISCOVERED AND LEFT GOING (NOT STANDBY). RED DOORS PLEASE PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS AND WARNINGS. HOW ARE YOU KEEPING ROTTEN EMPLOYEES!!!! AS A RED DOORS MEMBER, I AM DISAPPOINTED!!! I ASK RED DOORS TO BE MORE SELECTIVE IN CHOOSING MORE PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES.
