The worst experience ever in my life. We got 2 rooms for 3 people. Extreme smell from the kitchen, no door at the toilet, all broken, stinking, moulds, broken shower, extremely noisy fan. What we found under the bed is something like in a third world country - let's check the pictures. Impossible to describe. The communication with the owner was good.

Oh dear, by far the worst accommodation (in the world) that I had to endure in my life. That sounds harsh, I know, but it's true.Where do you start? The good thing: the location is okay, there is at least a bakery and a supermarket nearby. Parking is a bit of a gamble, but we were still able to find some. Now, the unfortunately numerous negative points:The rooms are marginal, there are cobwebs, mold in the bathrooms, the fire alarms are unscrewed (a no smoking sign is probably used as a fire protection measure), the numbering does not match the signage, e.g. room five is signposted above, but is in Reality on the ground floor. In addition to the aforementioned mold in the bathroom, we also had a ceiling fan that could easily compete acoustically with a diesel generator including a misfire. Some of the drain strainers are loose in the sink (hopefully nothing falls in there). The balcony on the first floor (room 9) can be accessed through a window at floor level. This is supposed to be primarily an emergency exit, even if there are no escape route markings indicating it. But be careful, if you don't get caught directly in a loose power cable, you could end up leaning a little too much on the unsecured railing, which immediately gives way, sways quite a bit and threatens to break off. Drop height about 3.5 meters. It's better not to let children play there. The stairs creak so that nocturnal movements in the house do not go unnoticed, and all the corridors are so narrow that only one person can move through them at a time. But it's not just the stairs that creak, even the railing makes surprisingly loud squeaking noises. You should avoid the communal kitchen if possible. All of the equipment there worked fairly well, even if the cupboards and drawers seemed very rickety and the hygiene also left a lot to be desired; However, the room itself offers hardly any space and a horrible atmosphere. But there is no other space to linger, apart from the small inner courtyard, which has a few broken chairs and which primarily serves as a smoking area, as evidenced by numerous cigarette butts. The entrance area is phenomenal anyway. An inconspicuous, opaque, metal gate with a mailbox but no significant locking device separates the small courtyard from the street. Garbage and moldy pizza leftovers collect on the outer facade of the house as welcome decorations.Overall, the furnishings are very spartan, the LED lamps are cold white, everything that looks green or like plants is made of plastic, the WiFi is a Fritz box access with a public password (use VPN!) and a maximum of three programs work on the room television, Otherwise just pixel salad or error message. The worst thing, however, was that the price was still far too high! For around 10% - 20% more, according to the booking platform, you could have gotten decent rooms with breakfast in the Leonardo Hotel, which is not very far away. Learned something again...

Based on previous reviews I prepared for the worst. It wasn't that bad, but only having cold water for a shower is stupid.

For the price you shouldn't expect much... but what you get for your money is really bottom drawer...-Room smells like an ashtray (in a “non-smoking” room)-My room was dirtyNo matter how cheap a room is, you should at least expect it to be clean! The only positive point is that the accommodation has good connections. At least you can get away from there quickly!
